We stayed there 2 nights for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta and were surprised in a good way. The hotel was easy to find and had an easy access to the highway. The room was clean with all the bare necessities. I am not sure if this is only during the balloon fiesta, but the hotel was offering a breakfast to-go... More

Traveling through to Durango, CO. Front office help was friendly. Property is well maintained for the age of the hotel. We stayed in a suite which is a corner room and we did have to walk a bit after taking the elevator up to the 3rd floor. We were staying during the Balloon Fiesta, and were given information regarding transportation... More

I rated this average because, unfortunately, for the Quality Inn, this is about the normal level of quality to expect . The breakfast was very good, the room was quiet, and it felt fairly safe. Mostly I was concerned about the quality of the cleaning in the room. The carpet had multiple cigarette burns and was dirty and the coffee... More

Thank you for your review. I will address the cleaning issues with the housekeeping manager to ensure we are getting all rooms cleaned properly. We will be upgrading our TVs late this year to new flat screens and our bedding early next year to the new Quality Inn required bedding. We do hope you'll visit us again next year during... More

My family stayed at the Quality Inn University and found it to be great. This is not a new property but it is well maintained. We enjoyed a quick dip in the pool, it was delightful. The pool is heated enough to be enjoyable without the chill when entering. Breakfast was awesome, something for everyone. We enjoyed toast and sweet... More

First, the front desk help was friendly, but the hotel needs some work. The room we were given had a syringe and needle between the mattress and box springs, and the toilet didn't flush. I was offered a plunger if I came down in the pouring rain to get it. After asking, I was given another room. That room had... More

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Our desk staff can get busy on the weekends; while they are encouraged to go out and help guests, it may be hard for them to do so. We are working on a resolution to this issue. I am sorry that you had a... More

Good News: Large, modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Very nice King beds. Frig, hair dryer, microwave, and ironing board. Disabled rooms are available. Breakfast was very good with a spacious dining room. The lobby is pleasant and the staff member was very helpful. It is a multi-floor facility with elevator. There is a fenced pool and well equipped exercise... More

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all of our insight and comments. We are in the process of having our painting contractor come out to fix the paint issues you mentioned. I arrived in the evening, my room was ready. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was better than average. Bacon and scrambled eggs as well as the normal cereal and toast, etc. It is near a truck stop, but I heard no noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall we were very happy with our stay. We were allowed to check in a little early (which is always nice). The hotel is OK and the staff courteous and friendly but we lost about $5000 of our possessions when someone took the U-Haul trailer right off the back of our truck while were sleeping. We sincerely apologize that your U-Haul was stolen during your stay. We do have security during the overnight hours as well as cameras for the parking lots. I have stayed here a couple times in last two weeks. Hotel is convenient to interstate and restaraunts, etc. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and "people oriented".
