I normally award pet friendly hotels with no additional fee and weights limits with a base of a perfect 5 star rating to keep these places in business but the customer service at this hotel was so poor I had to dock three stars for my review. CHECK IN/OUT - We are 2 adults traveling with 2 dogs and checked...

Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. As I stated to you before, I am so sorry this was your experience when you stayed with us. As you can see from all our reviews, this is not the level of hospitality that you can expect from La Quinta Suites Midtown, and I...

When you travel with dogs your always concerned about finding a good, reasonably priced, clean hotel. The La Quinta in Albuquerque was really pretty good. The place was well kept and in good condition from lobby to room. (Elevator needs some maintenance) I was pleased with the standard safety features, door locks and dead bolt. The bathroom was well cleaned,...

Thank you for your very nice review. We work hard to ensure that all our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide all the comforts of home. You definitely stayed during a stressful time, with the winter weather and driving conditions at their most dangerous. We are happy that you were able to relax and have a restful stay prior...

This hotel was our choice as we were traveling through. It was very comfortable. Wi fi was great, pet area was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Enclosed by a fence, grassy area, pet waste bags provided. I saw absolutely no poo mounds - everything was picked up. The pet area felt safe even in the dark....

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the guest courtyard while you were here. Many of our guests will sit outside at the patio tables and become acquainted while their pets romp with each other in the grassy area. It is also a great place for the children...

I often choose La Quinta because of their wonderful pet policy. Having pets on a road trip can be difficult when the trip includes a stop for the night and I can be picky. As far as amenities go, I consider them a 3-3.5 stars. That being said the hotel was nice and clean and the bathroom looked like it...

Thank you for your very nice review! By not restricting our pet travellers to only stay in certain rooms, it is easy to keep the rooms clean and odor free. We take extra steps to clean those rooms which have had pets in them, so as to ensure a perfect environment for the next occupant of that room. As a...

For our overnight visit to Albuquerque we selected La Quinta on Menaul Blvd due to its location, pricing and reviews. Finding the entrance after dark in heavy traffic was somewhat of a challenge but with the aide of GPS we finally located the driveway in. The check-in process was okay however we had asked for a first floor room when...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. I'm sorry to hear that the high school team we had in house monopolized the waffle machine when you came down for breakfast. At one time, we attempted to install a second waffle machine in the breakfast room, but discovered it was just the extra wattage needed to...

Traveling with 2 dogs is sometimes a challenge. Thanks to LQ's pet friendliness, it's easier. This location is clean, with a dog area outside with pea gravel. Quick check in. Large area for breakfast, and comfy lobby. Room was cleans den everything functional. We recommend.

Staff quite friendly and helpful. Room appeared to be newly decorated and was very clean and spacious. Convenient location to University of New Mexico. Pet friendly and there was a barking dog at 11:00 pm as dog owners not in room. I would stay here again.LES

Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear you had a very enjoyable stay with us. I apologize for the barking dog, though. We do our very best to stay on top of these little guys when they decide to get rambunctious, especially late at night. I hope we were able to settle the issue promptly and to your...

This restaurant was wonderful. Compared to our last stay at a La Quinta in Arvada Colorado this was fantastic. The room was large and with fridge and microwave. Also had a large lounge chair. It was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was great. It provided foods that were acceptable for diabetics and people that are gluten free. Most hotel...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. I'm happy to hear that we were able to restore your faith in the La Quinta brand. We realized early on that our guests have many dietary needs. We appreciated this experience this time. Last year we stayed in a LaQuinta in Colorado and it was horrible. We thought we would give it one more try and we pleasantly pleased. This hotel was wonderful and would definitely tell someone to try it. The breakfast was pleasing because they served some protein for diabetics instead of just rolls, bread,...

Typical La Quinta..thank goodness there are places to go with your pet. This was a nice hotel, with great commons areas, and good location and even a little bit of grass for the doggy! Good location with a really great pizza place very close..Eclectic! Would stay here again.

Thank you for your review. You are correct about finding places where you can stay with your pets. There are often times when we find there are more pets staying with us than there are children. Although when we have both, it's always a thrill to watch them playing outside in the guest courtyard. I actually enjoy watching our guests...
