I've been coming here for 9 years and this hotel is starting to feel average. Old decor and outdated style gets boring after a while. It's attached to a convention center so good for meetings and easy to get on and off the freeway and centrally located. Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is what you would expect from...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 7 February 2017 via mobile

We arrived and were immediately greeted by a friendly reception. I had already checked in through the Hilton Honors app so we were just given our keys and told us the hotels offering. We had booked a premium room with balcony. Although it was cold it was nice to sit and the.view of the city was beautiful. In the morning...

Awesome experience, from the first greeting when we checked in to the worker that helped us fix a card key. Of course you are paying for the amenities, it is a pricey place to stay- but so much fun to relax for a night! And such a beautiful view from our room on the top floor!

We usually only stay at embassy suites be because of their quality. This time, however, was VERY disappointing. There was no door on the closet, the TV in the bedroom did not work and room service was extremely slow. I must say there was a technician that came to the room twice to try to fix the TV but he...

10 of us, in several rooms, loved it. A family reunion, from Boston, Chicago and ABQ. Ages 6-76. Manager's reception helps to keep the young and hungry occupied, soothing the transition to dinner. Plus wine and beer for elders. Breakfast was favorite time for the kids, excited about how each day was a bit different and they were able to...

The hotel was outdated and our room reeked of smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. The happy hour was nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. There was not much around within walking distance. Not impressed.

We were in Albuquerque for our daughter's regional gymnastics meet and I am so glad we stayed here. The suites are roomy and comfortable for a family of 4 with older kids. The pull-out sofa is not the most comfortable, but it is what one would expect from a pull-out sofa. The atmosphere of the hotel is great and it...

This hotel is old and feels dirty. Rooms smell musty and are dark. Beds are cheap. Air didn't work and spit out water through the vent. We left early. Night reception was out of food by 1 hour. Staff not helpful.

We were concerned by recent bad reviews but our stay was very good.....the room was very clean, and every interaction with the staff was professional and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We didn't avail ourselves of the reception but noticed many travelers did. Also, we didn't eat the buffet breakfast but it looked good as we headed out.

All the rooms of the hotel are facing the huge atrium, a sixties/seventies concept that makes you wonder where Jane Fonda is hiding in a Barbarella outfit. The atrium after so many years (and so many shades of browns and beige) looks gloomy and depressing. The abundance of plastic trees and plants and psychedelic carpet patterns certainly doesn't help. The...
