When selecting this hotel from Wydham Rewards site I expected it to be up to their level. I booked the Superior King Room that was noted Newly renovated. It should have said partially renovated. The room has been updated except for the bed (which was heavily stained and smelled) and the a/c unit which made noise all night. The door...

My first experience was the Red Roof in in Gallup NM, it impressed me so I thought I would try this Red Roof Inn when I traveled with my brother, worse mistake. We were told the rooms were remodeled, that was a LIE. When we got checked in the guy at the counter gave us a key to a room,...

Would never stay here again! Took wife and kids to Albuquerque. Hallways stunk like Raid insect killer, and marijuana! Towels in the room were soiled and dirty. Air conditioner barely worked! Continental breakfast was a joke. Just cereal and milk! Pool was dirty. Key cards to the room did not work at times. Please stay elsewhere!

Most of all, the staff was very gracious. I watched the desk clerk deal with a demanding guest with a smile and can do attitude without losing her cool. I do not know that I could have managed to do as well! The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the air conditioner was WONDERFUL! We will stay there again!...

The price I was quoted online for 2 nights was X dollars, at check in because I used a debit card the price suddenly went up because of their policy not previously stated online. The person in front of me was checking out before they ever checked in after viewing their room (not sure what the issue was) I'm then...

First off it was such a hassle to get checked in. Their favorite answer is that they can not do nothing because it is their policy. Then they never had towels available but the housekeepers were duper friendly but that was the only positive thing. Then the air conditioner barely worked so it was super hot. I would not stay...

My experience was the worst experience, unkept beds, no ac, not enough breakfast, dirty sheets, simply horrible. Worst manager and the front desk was simply rude. Absolutely the worst hotel we stayed in.

Does not even deserve a 1 star! Made my reservation online for the upgraded 2 queen room. when we got it here was to outdated and not maintained.the temp in the room was over 90 degrees and all the front desk could say was that's all they had. (Mind you add 4 kids to the mix one being a 4...

Wanted to save money for casinos so booked a hotel with a low sale price. It was clean but it was very old and while some remodeling was done a lot was not. The toilet seat must have been in use since the 50s. No coffee pot in room. The bathroom was hardly big enough for one person. Next time...

Good standard fair accommodation for overnight stay that is dog friendly and included in price. Neat and Clean, A few minor glitches in that they forgot to put out a face cloth and the sink stopper was missing. As a male this is annoying as I like to put water in the sink to shave. Breakfast was reasonable as included...
