This property was clean quite and well staffed. The bed was TERRIBLE! JUst drove 800 miles and was expecting a good nights sleep. For $90+ a night you think they would invest in a good mattress. Lower back pain all the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard bill of fare.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share a little about your recent experience in our hotel. I am sadden to hear that our beds did not provide a great nights rest. I know how important it is for our health and well being to get a goods nights sleep. We hope you back is feeling...

Good room with all the expected Holiday Inn Express features but the area is a bit urban with busy streets and just a bit downtrodden. HOWEVER, the hotel is across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center which not only has a nice museum but also has a wonderful café. And a Starbucks is right next door.

This hotel was clean, cheap, and perfect for our overnight stay on our long drive to see family. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, and we liked the location. It's right next to a Starbucks and and few other places and we could see the hot air balloons when we woke up in the morning.

Dear Lindsey C, Thank you for writing such a nice review. I'm glad to hear we were a perfect option for a short stop in Albuquerque. On another note how magical is that waking up to hot air balloons in the sky. We hope you will stay with us again soon. Thank you again, Haleah

They have everything you need here -- free wifi, indoor pool, free breakfast, cookies, clean, attractive spaces -- plus they make you feel like part of the family. Good location, Starbucks, McDonald's and Walgreens a quick walk away, ample free parking.

We chose this hotel due to it being pet friendly. It was a nice surprise to find the hotel so quiet since it has a more city type location. The rooms are very clean. The staff are all very friendly. They are a great resource for the better delivery options for restaurants if you choose to order in.

The most important thing in my mind is customer service when it comes to hotel. I really want to highlight the free upgrade to the room with mountain view we got today at Holiday Inn and professionalism of Savannah, who was at reception desk at the time, and how she handled the customer. Though our hotel room was booked through...

We stayed here overnight during our cross-country trip. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Noise was low. We had a handicapped room (all that was available) with a large shower. Breakfast was better than expected with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely three night stay in a suite room with Jacuzzi tub. Right across the street from a Walgreens and the Cultural Center on a busy intersection, but no traffic noise in the room. Easy to get to the Old Town and the Convention Center. The room arrangement was nice with 2 bathrooms, but oddly, only 1 phone, next...

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The hot tub and pool were nicely heated. Wifi was great, though phone signal wasn't very strong in my room. I really enjoyed checking out the Botanic Gardens (River of Lights is definitely worth it imo). There are maps at...

Our room was clean and comfortable. Savanah was at the front desk and she was very pleasant and helpful especially with an excellent suggestion for a restaurant from which we could order food and have it delivered to our room.
