We spent five nights at this hotel-- long enough for issues to appear. The first issue concerned deceptive advertising. This particular HIE represents itself as located in Albuquerque’s celebrated “Old Town.” Believe me, it is not close to Old Town (even for power walkers). The hotel is nestled in a squalid industrial neighborhood. (To be honest, we did not feel...

We stayed in Albuquerque on our way back from Colorado. We had gone through Taos and Santa Fe on previous trips, so Albuquerque was a new city for us. The Holiday Inn Express was a nice, clean, pleasant hotel, and central to where we wanted to visit. The pool was very nice, and the hot tub felt great after a...

I was on a business trip and surprised by this hotel. Very clean and up to date; the rooms look like they should be in a higher level hotel. The business center was very useable and the breakfast was good. I'll be back!

Really exceeded my expectations. The wifi here was decent. Had a few issues where I kept losing connection. The rooms were clean and updated. I had a great view of the Sandia Mtns. There are not to many restaurants nearby by the Old Town area is nearby and so is downtown. Would recommend for travelers on a budget looking for...

Wonderful last minute stay. Friendly guest services, clean all around. We were upgraded to king suite due to our room not being available. Loved our room. Will be returning here most definitely. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque Old Town Hotel. The reception personnel were very helpful; they advised us on where to go in the city and suggested good restaurants in the area. The free breakfast was also delicious, fresh fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, and a variety of healthy options. I also enjoyed the variety of...

While on vacation to the Grand Canyon, we booked a room on-line for the return trip home. The email confirmation had the wrong date - instead of booking two days in advance, it booked a room two weeks out. We noticed the mistake and called within 24 hours. Not only would the hotel not honor the correct booking date, leaving...
