Our stay was wonderful and we were delightfully surprised to learn during our stay that the property sales manager was a longtime friend from Taos, New Mexico! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, the location convenient to everything in Albuquerque, The rooms were large, clean and quiet, the pool/hot tub area was a welcomed treat after a long...

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was space and tidy. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would recommend anyone to stay here. The location made it easier to go to the places we wanted to visit.

We try to stay in HHE venues because they do as they promise, this time even better. The convenient location to old town and the help at the front desk were wonderful. Harris B. helped us outline a unique tour of the area and was very cordial, a real credit to his job.

Stayed here on business travel. Front dsk staff was efficient and courteous. Breakfast staff couldn't answer basic questions about the food...does the syrup have corn products in it...etc. Not a worker issue but a management issue where they have not empowered their staff...sad to have such a great front desk and then encounter unempowered breakfast staff.

We stayed here in June for 2 nights while in Albuquerque. This is a newer hotel that was in a great location to the city. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Would recommend.

We spent five nights at this hotel-- long enough for issues to appear. The first issue concerned deceptive advertising. This particular HIE represents itself as located in Albuquerque’s celebrated “Old Town.” Believe me, it is not close to Old Town (even for power walkers). The hotel is nestled in a squalid industrial neighborhood. (To be honest, we did not feel...

We stayed in Albuquerque on our way back from Colorado. We had gone through Taos and Santa Fe on previous trips, so Albuquerque was a new city for us. The Holiday Inn Express was a nice, clean, pleasant hotel, and central to where we wanted to visit. The pool was very nice, and the hot tub felt great after a...

I was on a business trip and surprised by this hotel. Very clean and up to date; the rooms look like they should be in a higher level hotel. The business center was very useable and the breakfast was good. I'll be back!

Really exceeded my expectations. The wifi here was decent. Had a few issues where I kept losing connection. The rooms were clean and updated. I had a great view of the Sandia Mtns. There are not to many restaurants nearby by the Old Town area is nearby and so is downtown. Would recommend for travelers on a budget looking for...
