The hotel is very clean, every person I dealt with was extremely helpful and gracious. Near Old Town, it is a short distance from the heart of Albuquerque. The location is 1 1/2 blocks from I-40, but there was no highway noise. The breakfast was good, typical for HIE. There is a Walgreen's across the street for sundries, and it...

Don't answer the phone at the front desk or room service. room service hours are posted incorrectly online.Run chainsaw-like carpet cleaners outside your room. Guess Do Not Disturb should be on the Room service door not mine.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Relatively new building. Clean and pleasant. Well equiped work out room. Good breakfast. They even had a staff member who gave a talk on getting around Albuquerque during Balloon Fiesta. He was very helpful. One flaw...annoying road noise in room. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta. It was a great location for accessing the park & ride, and the interstate. Rooms were clean and comfortable, nice and quiet. The choice of a soft or firm pillow is a nice touch. The front-desk gave me great directions for driving to the festival on my first day. The only drawback would...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Old Town the first week of October to see the Balloon Festival and check out a new home tract. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of items to choose from. The cinnamon rolls are delicious! We...

Spent 4 nights during the balloon festival and couldn't have been more pleased. The Manager on duty worked the breakfast crowd at 4:30 am like it was his own restaurant. Greeted everyone and gave great advice on how to get to the festival and avoid the crowds. Even the attendant servicing the breakfast items was very cordial and pleasant. Everyone...

We booked a suite which had two double queen beds and really lovely big bathroom with separate bath and shower in one room, and living room with sofa, desk, TV, toilet and mini kitchenette in the other. There was however no wifi signal whatsoever and reception kindly arranged for a hotspot to be installed. This worked well the first night,...

We stayed here for 2 nights during the balloon fiesta and had a wonderful experience! The location was great - quick drive to everything! The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Recognizing many of their visitors would be heading to fiesta, they began breakfast early at 4am to accommodate the early fiesta schedule! A great place!

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to the Balloon Field, so that we could walk there to avoid the traffic jams. We booked in November when they opened for booking and the price was $265.00 a night, which we thought quite expensive, but I suppose hotels can charge a lot of money when there is an...
