We stayed here for 2 nights during the balloon fiesta and had a wonderful experience! The location was great - quick drive to everything! The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Recognizing many of their visitors would be heading to fiesta, they began breakfast early at 4am to accommodate the early fiesta schedule! A great place!

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to the Balloon Field, so that we could walk there to avoid the traffic jams. We booked in November when they opened for booking and the price was $265.00 a night, which we thought quite expensive, but I suppose hotels can charge a lot of money when there is an...

Stayed here a night as we traveled across the country. Great room and hotel. Room was clean. Convenient location neat the interstate and a drugstore for any forgotten items. Parking was kind of limited, when we came back from dinner we had to park in the very back. Complimentary breakfast was good and provided a lot of options.

Nice place to stay...however, if you have trouble climbing stairs, there is no elevator. Within walking distance of a very nice Applebee's restaurant. Beds were comfortable as was our entire stay..excellent breakfast!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, however I believe you have the wrong location. We have 2 Elevators and the closet Applebee's from our property is about three miles away. Travel Safe Sincerely, Geoff Shepard

One of the things we really liked what the fact that they had excellent shuttle service from and to the airport. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly service all make up a good visit. The shuttle service drivers went out of the way to be friendly and accommodating.

We stayed two nights on our trip east. They are right off the interstate 40 and really close to everything. The hotel was clean and neat, our room was nice, bed was comfy, and the pool/hot tub was great! We never tried the free breakfast since we are late sleepers!

Hotel was clean and modern with a great bed and pillows. It was also pet friendly and greeted us with a smile and welcome. Wish all hotels would make provisions for a pet to accompany a guest. Only negative there were no restaurants within easy commute, only a McDonalds and a highly regarded Mexican restaurant that was packed full with...

We found this hotel last minute and late at night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cool and not sticky like a hotel usually feels when you first walk in. The rooms/whole hotel was updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We've stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns...

Stopped here for an overnight stay on the way to Dallas. The refrigerator wasn't cold and when I called the front desk to ask about it, the lady that answered the phone asked me if I had things I wanted to keep cold. Seriously? She didn't have anyone to look at it but offered to see if she could find...
