We had been looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque and found this gem. It's an owner occupied motel. Very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Spotlessly clean, easy check-in. Owner upgraded us for free. Good standard continental breakfast with fresh waffle maker. Room nice decor - chairs looked newly re-upholstered. Easy access from Central Ave.

Great stay! We stayed one night on our way south, got in late and left early. Owner was wonderful about being kept up and waiting for us! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the heater warmed our room quickly. Will definitely keep this on our list of good places to stay.

Very nicely decorated and maintained property. Room and breakfast were outstanding. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The smoke detector was chirping when we got into the room, the front office said someone would be right over to fix it. Within 5 minutes he was there and 10 minutes later it was fixed.

Thanks to TripAdvisor, we found another wonderful spot to stay. This inexpensive motel is nicer than most places costing twice as much. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the owner is super friendly and helpful. My wife likes the room to be completely dark when we sleep, so when the first room we were given had a small...

We love this motel. We found by accident while traveling. So glad we did! Wonderful, warm greeting always, owner is usually one to greet guests. Rooms spacious and clean, flat screen cable, microwave, etc. Breakfast includes hot freshly boiled eggs in the shell (a treat), make your own waffles, fruit, pastries, cereals, all you'd expect. We travel cross country often,...

We stayed on the one level section which is locked and gated. We had a nonsmoking room. The room appeared clean and inviting. Stayed two nights. The second day we found cigarette butts outside our door. Upon returning for the second night, purple cleaning gloves and a hair band were on the desk. We had no washcloths and fewer towels....

I asked for a fragrance free room and the sheets were clean of chemical scents, no fragrances from the cleaners used in the room or annoying air fresheners to make me feel ill. The room was large and very clean with a fridge and a large wall mounted T.V. Also had a table and chairs with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast suite...

I read reviews for this hotel and saw many positive things so I booked it. We arrived a bit late in the evening and when we checked in it was about 5:30pm, the woman at the front desk didn't have our reservations, but thankfully it wasn't full so we got a room anyway, when we booked it originally we put...

My family was looking for an affordable place to stay on our long road trip and found the Sandia Peak Inn. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The motel owner is pleasant and accommodating. The motel is near Old Town and a short drive off the interstate. It was nice to stay...
