The history of these houses is amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the breakfast was amazing! We enjoy the B&B experience and getting to meet new people and this was a great, relaxing setting to do this in. There is plenty of room to socialize -- or not -- depending upon your mood.

INNKEEPER’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

My husband and I arrived at the B&B and the moment we went inside we felt like we were home. Kara and Steve our host thought of everything down to the last detail. They provided details of the area activities transportation and place to eat near by. The home was beautifully decorated and renovated by them. Our room was perfect...

Thank you so much for spending time with us and enjoying our "homey" bed and breakfast. We truly are so close to so many of the great things Albuquerque has to offer that you can walk almost anywhere you want to go. We so enjoyed hosting you and hope you can come again for another visit soon.

I have had the opportunity to stay here on several occasions. What an amazing property! Located right in the heart of downtown ABQ, yet so calm and peaceful. The rooms are kept in wonderfully clean condition, and still capture all the historic charm each house has to offer. Not to mention the back yard! Wow! Fireplace, pond, courtyard, and an...

'Women Make a Difference', a local community of business women and solopreneurs, held a late afternoon happy hour event---it was a big hit! The grounds are beautiful and the homes are decorated so cute. Lots of networking, tours of the homes, fun conversation and desserts! We (me and a couple of friends) stayed overnight in the 'Ivy' room which was...

We stayed in the Spy House. The rooms were decorated to fit the theme of this building. Everything was perfect. The breakfasts were innovative and delicious. The location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants. Steve and Kara were perfect hosts and catered to all dietary needs.

Beautiful grounds, clean, nicely appointed rooms, delicious breakfast. Christina was a wonderful host and made us a fantastic breakfast. Our 9nly disappointment is that we it stayed one evening. We so badly wanted to spend more time relaxing in the lovely yard, light a fire and open a bottle of wine. I highly recommend Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfast and...

This place certainly preserves the classy touch of the Albuquerque. The room we stayed at -Gold Room , was somewhat cramp though. The bed is clean and comfy, but the bathroom and the living areas are somewhat dated. The breakfast was very well prepared, and the hosts are very friendly too.

We rented both the Boarding House and a room at the Heritage House since our group was large. We had the benefits of having access to both houses!! And of course we had great breakfasts as well. Kara was super lovely again and Steve was around more and we had fun with him. Both are great hosts!! They have great...

I had the pleasure of staying in the same house where the famous David Greenglass drew up a portion of the atomic bomb! What a once in a life time experience indeed. I will be staying here again and also recommending this spot to out of town visitors. This would be a great spot for folks traveling from around the...

You truly did pick one of my favorite rooms. I not only love the Greenglass room for the history but I also love the room because it is so bright and sunny! So glad that you enjoyed breakfast, the truffles and all the other bonuses that we offer at our bed and breakasts.

We had a delightful stay in the Secret Garden Room at Downtown Historic and appreciated the quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance of several funky restaurants on Rt 66! The back courtyard was lit by twinkle lights and offered a serene sanctuary with several water features. Steve and Kara prepared elegant breakfasts and spent time learning about their guests....
