We stay here when we need to be close to downtown Salt Lake and we do not have our kids. We always try for the executive floors. The executive lounge is very much worth it. Great amenities. The only confusion can be parking. Love the new digital key on my phone. We checked in on the app and the app...

Dear Centre51, We love you too ! Thank you for considering us your downtown getaway place. Our new Digital Key is a big hit with our Honors guests. I apologize for the confusion regarding the Executive Lounge food and beverage services over the weekends. The lounge remains open 7 days a week with assorted snacks and beverage, and on weekends...

We have been coming here for years. It is only a short drive from the major ski resorts; Park City is an easy half-hour drive. There are frequent specials, making it far less expensive than the resorts and we prefer the restaurant options that are within two or three blocks of the hotel. As Diamond and even as Gold level...

I would stay in this hotel again under certain conditions. Pros: check in was prompt, not super personal, but not bad Room: Clean, large. I asked for a quiet room and was given a top floor. I did not hear street noise. At night with the curtains closed it was dark. Dark and quiet is what I want for a...

During my stay I spent a lot of time working in my room. In the afternoon two housekeepers were talking from one of the hall to the other. I had to go out and ask them to keep it quiet. Not one word in response. I did inform the manager on duty. And when my own room was cleaned, I...

Dear Elizabeth B, Thank you for your recent stay with us and your review. I apologize to you for the noisy team members in the hallway outside of your room. I will remind our team of the importance of keeping voices low if they need to dialogue with other team members. I would be irritated as well with that disruption....

This hotel is very well situated and within walking distance (or short drive) of major sightseeing, shopping, and nightlife. The staff is very friendly/helpful and the concierge will tell you everything you need to know about the city. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. We had 2 king executive rooms on the top (18th) floor. We liked the west...

Dear SH_PDX, Thank you for your recent stay with us and your review. I will investigate the water pressure problem that you referenced. It is not a problem that I have received many complaints about. I traveled here on business and got room service for dinner that was so good I got some more for breakfast! The fitness center is very clean with new machines. The pool was beautiful even though I didn't get to use it. The bed was wonderful and the soaps in the bathroom were very nice.

They have a fabulous house-made corned beef hash--so good that my husband had it twice in a row! I had their Ancient Grains hot cereal, served with yogurt, a few berries, syrup and a wonderful blueberry-apple spiced compote--I also had it twice--very yummy. A bit expensive but well worth it. The hotel's location was great, rooms comfortable. Valet is only...
