Rooms are basic and could use some extra housekeeping attention. Staff is rude- that is if they can be found anywhere. An employee sent me inappropriate messages on a gay social smart phone app; when told I wasn't interested, associate (that I believe was the manager) called the room to harass me further.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. As I mentioned when I wrote to your Hyatt.com email you should contact our Chief Operating Officer at his Hilton.com address. He is aware of your complaint and will respond appropriately. Issues of guest safety and employee conduct are of the greatest importance. Notes from a competitor are always helpful and...

I love this hotel! I have stayed in several hotels all over the world. The Hampton on Foothill in Salt Lake City is THE BEST. Everything is pristine. So many amenities that more expensive hotels do not have. I run the Ragnar Relay in the summer and the hotel is perfect for my stay and the people are so, so...

Hotel was clean and pretty comfortable. We got very confusing help and directions from the front desk staff on the observation deck, parking deck and nearby restaurants but didn't matter, we were lucky to come across a diner that hadn't closed yet as it was late

I traveled to Salt Lake City for a graduation ceremony with Western Governors' University. I arrived late, and was instantly welcomed and given a great room. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much and always try to find a Hampton Inn wherever I travel. I highly recommend this place, and the views are spectacular!

I stayed here with family, the room was clean, service was good. The only thing I noticed the next morning is that the hair dryer was missing, and we just notified the stuff on the way out. I would stay here again.

Couldn't ask for more. Wish that all hotels were of this quality. Quiet rooms. Upper observation deck was a plus. The evening cookies were to die for!! The guest business office was very handy. The breakfast was better than average and started early.

Stayed here for one night, just a few minutes down the road from the university and it's always nice going into a newer hotel. It's set up like any other Hampton inn, they have a nice little lobby area, indoor pool, and rooms look just the same as all the other updated Hampton inn. This place does have a parking...

Even on Foothill, which gets a bunch of traffic, it was clean and quiet. It was super-convenient for our trip, and the room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again and refer friends to the Hampton.

I was scheduled at Hampton Inn for a business trip, and I will admit that my expectations were not that high. I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff was friendly, I was always met with a smile, warm conversation and helpful support. They added many nice small touches that gave reason to smile. Did you know July 15th was...

Stayed here in July rooms are clean and functional. The guy who checked us in was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Parking is a bit of a pain, but there was plenty of it available. The upstairs patio is awesome, and provides a great view of the sunset. There is a Red Robin next door and several...
