For the price, this hotel is as good as it gets. We used to live in SLC and visit quite often. We always stay here and have for the last 5 years. Customer service has never waned, quality of breakfast, rooms, cleanliness, hotel updates etc. have never shown any signs of diminishing. In fact at our last visit many updates...

We came here for a campus visit and tour for a prospective student. Excellent facilities and service. Very close to the campus dorms and an easy walk to campus. Free parking, good breakfast and clean room in excellent condition. About the only things missing are a pool and a hot tub!

Thank you for review. Unfortunately, we do not have a pool or hot tub, however, there are three facilities in close proximity available for a small fee.

We declined the rental car and stayed on campus for our Admitted Student Day weekend. Close to the Trax light rail and right on campus, the guest house features modest but very comfortable rooms, an abundant but average breakfast, wonderful teas and water throughout the day, and great kind service. There was a mistake on my reservation, and they honored...

This is the best value hotel in SLC compared to other hotels in its price range. I come to visit a family member frequently and have stayed at other hotels that couldn't compare. Squeaky clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, friendly staff, good location, and nice common area. Book early as we have found this hotel fills up. Hence the reason...

The guest house is a very nice hotel. Quiet, clean rooms. Staff is very accommodating. We had a problem with the TV the staff responded quickly resolving the issue. Location on the University of Utah campus is nice and is maybe three miles from the center of the city. Trax, the city light rail system, has a stop less than...

The rooms are average but very clean and very nice. The staff are amazing and helpful. The free breakfast is so good. The hotel staff leave out free coffee, ice water, fruit, breakfast bars and a newspapers out for their guest 24 hours a day. Really great place to stay. If you can, stay on the 3rd floor, it is...

This is a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms (2 sinks in the room) and free breakfast each morning was a bonus! Definitely look into staying here especially if you are visiting the University. The wall can be a bit thin but for the price and only for aday or two its totally worth it!

We had a great stay at U..Guest House. They were great. They have a shuttle bus to help get you to meetings at U. This...

The location of this hotel is in the heart of the campus. It made all the difference staying where you can feel the University as you leave the hotel if you are here making college decisions--compared to downtown SLC. Hotel was great-breakfast was fantastic. I will continue to stay here for my trips to visit my son on campus.

I was here for business trip, I find the guest house nicely located with free shuttle service and walking distance to Fort Douglas light rail station. The staffs there were very helpful, there's computer and printer free for use, the lobby was big, and most importantly the room was clean and comfortable.
