Beautiful public spaces and a great restaurant with home made soup and marvelous historic photographs. Very special over the holidays. Very attentive staff, pleasant rooms and close to public transportation. Best value and quality in SLC. Will stay there every visit!

Did a staycation here, and they did not disappoint. I’m a Hilton person normally, but stayed here because of the pools and resort like experience. Check is was easy with friendly staff. Our room in the tower on the 16th floor was stunning. Very clean. Daily housekeeping

We have been staying at the Little America a few times a year for the last 20 years. The recent changes are sad to see. All the timeless Victorian charm that filled the rooms has been replaced with the standard homogenized fabrics and decor seen at all the chain hotels. Parking

Dear Nedivine, Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your review about your recent experience. I’d also like to thank you for being a continued guest of ours over the past 20 years and your compliments about our staff and central SLC location. I apologize that the décor of your room was not what you had come to love at Little America. As for the mattress, we have replaced all of our mattresses, but have not changed our source or model. I would like to apologize for the challenges you experienced with parking. As you know, Little America Hotel has been a free parking destination for decades not only for our hotel and restaurant guests but also the community. We found a need for parking changes for a variety of reasons, including protecting spots for guests, traffic control, parking lot upkeep, and grounds maintenance. This has been a difficult but necessary decision. I regret to learn that you no longer would like to stay with us. I would appreciate the chance to speak with you personally about your comments and make it up to you. You can reach me at sfrench@grandamerica.com I hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Scott French Hotel Manager

This is at least our tenth year spending 3 days at the Little America for New Years. We reserve at least 4 deluxe rooms--sometimes as many as 6 or 7 to spend the holiday with family. As others have noted this place has gone consistently downhill. Last year we waited over 2

If you're arriving into the Intermodal Hub in SLC then I would probably suggest jumping in a cab. According to our good friend 'Google Maps', Little America is only a few minutes away by car so shouldn't be hugely expensive. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but maybe worth contacting Little America directly and asking them about late night transport to the hotel. I'm sure you won't be the first person to ask this question. Hope you enjoy your stay in SLC. We'd love to go back someday
