The entire staff from check-in, to room service and in the coffee shop was amazing. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Our dinner and breakfast that we had via room service was hot and delicious. Overall this was our best stay in the 15 years that we have been going there.

Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City is the quintessential American hotel experience. The property is beautifully maintained, well appointed with wool carpets, and fine furniture in the rooms. The pillows are soft as clouds and the beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurants are the best! The food is delicious and the ambience is the definition of American restaurant hospitality. I have been staying at Little America for many many years and I keep going back because there is nothing better.

What a delightful surprise! We booked this hotel for our last night in Utah after a week of skiiing. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are very large with plenty of room around the beds. The hotel has an older classic hotel feel that has been lost in so many contemporary hotels. It has a lovely bar and lounge and very well curated large gift shop. We will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was beautiful. I stayed in a Tower King for 6 nights. The room was big and included the following: a desk that was nice for work, a seating area next to a sliding door that you can walk outside and stand (too small or a chair or table), a big bathroom with a separate sink area so multiple people can get ready at the same time, a small frig was located outside the bathroom next to an area you can hang clothes, and a steamer which was handy for getting wrinkles out of my clothes. The gym had nice equipment and the pool area was really nice. I had a great breakfast at The Coffee Shop. The hotel is located approx a mile from Temple Square. A light rail car is located across the street from the hotel and an easy option to take to Temple Square and the surrounding shopping area. I highly recommend staying at Little America. The staff I interacted with was very nice and the accommodations were very classy. I saw the motel rooms and wasn't impressed with them compared to the Tower rooms.

My husband and me had a little staycation at the Little America. We could hear every thing. The train, police, people yelling, our neighbor throwing up in the morning violently, kids screaming running down the hallway, you name it. The mattress was like a well used trampoline, my husband and I both ended up in the middle every night. We never used the hot tub or pool because there were so many people in it at once it looked like a cesspool. Never staying here again

Amazing first experience at Little America. From check in to check out everything was top-notch. Room service was great. We even spent one day over at the Grand America spa and that was also wonderful. Close proximity to downtown Salt Lake for shopping or any other activity that we enjoyed over the few days we were here. Parking was easyand the food the hotel was excellent.

We booked two rooms for a week at the hotel and loved it, we were in the suites opposite the reception area ...it was quite and the rooms were large and well appointed. There is parking directly out the front of the rooms and a lift up to the second story if needed. When we return in March we intend staying here again in the same area of the hotel. Being over the Christmas period when we stayed the hotels decorations were sumptuous with the outdoors looking magical with fairy lights covering all of the trees. We didn't try the buffet restaurant as we don't like that style of eating, we did however eat in the coffee shop a number of times, the food was OK, typical homey type food, there was a couple of good salads on the menu...staff were excellent. We found the food across the road at the Grand American was a cut above and we had some very good meals there, also they have an area where you can get a barista coffee with bakery items and simple meals. The only negative about the Little America was the barista coffee bar was only opened randomly, in the week of our stay we only saw it opened once, which is a shame as it is in a lovely area with comfortable seating and an open fire. We are Aussies, we love our coffee so it just didn't make sense to us. All in all we really did enjoy our time at this well located hotel.

Good location downtown. Good on-site “coffee shop” with a nice menu. (It was way fancier than a typical coffee shop.) Both high rise and low rise buildings in a large complex. It's like a neighborhood! They offered us a free upgrade to a high rise room but we stayed with our original for convenience. We had to keep asking for coffee at the front desk but that was only a minor hassle.

We really had a great family vacation love, America specially, since we go to the one in Flagstaff, Arizona. The only thing I would say is that if you are booking with a family member who is in a wheelchair this is not the most assessable hotel around. However, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to borrow a wheelchair from the bell hop station every day.
