Detailed Reviews
Fell short on quite a lot of things. They had outdated Doordash tent coupons from 2019 and they had chunks of I don't really want to know on them. Carpet had larger debris on it still. An old workout bench was used as a waiting bench by the front door which was kind of ghetto. The property is getting rundown and overall maintenance wasn't being done. In an area where there are multiple hotel accommodations and competition is higher, it would be in their best interest to kick it up a notch with accommodations and cleanliness.

It's a pretty standard hotel. The staff was nice and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. On the flipside, the pool and spa amenities are closed, the elevator stopped working, and the Breakfast is almost impossible to access do to a large number of guests who may or may not actually be staying there. There is a 300.00 deposit that is absolutely non negotiable.

Room was clean. Beds were the memory foam type, not my favorite but better than it could have been. Good access to the airport in the morning without noticeable airport noise. Breakfast is still shut down for COVID despite it being listed as an amenity.

Worn down furnishings, the carpet in the room was beyond filthy, the pool and hot tub both had an "out of service" sign at the door, and the lobby, elevator, and corridors of the property were badly in need of cleaning. Indifferent customer service at the front desk and charging at least a dollar more per day than nearby hotels sealed the deal that I will not be returning to this place. Wyndham really needs to vet its potential franchisees better.
Best to go elsewhere.

We had a horrible experience at this Super 8. First of all, the shuttle is not a 24/7 airport shuttle. Not only was it already closed by the time our flight came in, but then we were told at check-in that we had to arrange for shuttle pick-up TO the airport a minimum of FOUR HOURS in advance. Something that was not disclosed at booking or on the website the day we booked our rooms.
Our rooms were awful - we only had one working light in each of them, with one of our lamps having a cut cord so it was just for show. The rooms were dark and depressing, with almost no toilet paper and no light.
When we checked in, we were told we could call in the morning and receive late checkout, but when we called we were told no. The manager was very rude to us, and we will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

They don’t tell you they are going to charge a extra $100 and hold it for 5 business day. Very rude I had it pending which I understand but when they charge the card extra $100 plus the room fee it’s a joke. The bathroom showers was ripped bed was hard than a rock I should have slept in my car. Oo and there were burgers on the couch.

This place was disgusting. There was food on the ground when we walked in to our room. That should have been our first sign. The shower head almost made me vomit, I couldn't work up the courage to take a shower there. The sink didn't even have hot water so it probably wouldn't have been a nice shower. We ordered room service and my salad was delivered hot, plus they didn't have what we wanted and just substituted it.

Power was out arrived late could not check in, was told if you want to sleep in a room it will be no charge we don't have breakfast or hot water. Next morning when you could see the room had what looked like a huge blood stain on the floor was filthy and gross. Long story short we did get charged the booking company said new owner refused to refund do to a no cancelation policy. Super 8 needs to get their name away from the new owner fast. Run run any where but here. Worst hotel we have ever been to. RUN

No where on their website does it say they charge a pet fee. But when we went to check in, they wanted to charge us $25/pet fee. The manager claimed all hotels charge that. If you travel with pets you know that is untrue. I told him we have well behaved show dogs that wouldn’t cause any damage. He said the fee wasn’t for damage or cleaning, just a fee for having pets! We demanded to cancel and went down the road to the la Quinta where they DON’T charge a pet fee.

we have stayed at this property in past and found it acceptable. Last couple of times - not so much. No masks in sight or hand sanitizers. Housekeeping yelling in corridors early in morning. We were bit by bed bugs in 3 rooms we had booked for family members. Front desk didn't care and asked us to check out and go somewhere else. Never saw any covid precautions by hotel to protect guests.. not ideal hotel to stay at anymore. Will explore other hotels in area.

They run til 1230 am i been told too take guests and pick up guests when i stayed there they told me that per front desk agent at the hotel start back up in the morning at 530am hope this helps
Just got off the phone with them, they don't, it's ten bucks for the first week and additional after that, shuttle only runs until midnight.
From the Super Eight if you took the shuttle back to the Airport you can then catch the TRAX train to downtown Salt Lake City where the Convention Center is located.
It only runs to and from the airport.
The shuttle goes till 11:00 pm. However, they have been very accommodating to us in the past. You call the hotel when you are at baggage claim and the shuttle comes. You might ask if they would do a late run.
"There is a lot of Hotels in the area. DON’T STAY HERE ‼️‼️‼️ It’s also under construction. But noise wasn’t too bad. But the smell is horrible"Read full review
