The b and b is really simply a room. No breakfast is served. The owners are very nice and keep the place beautifully. However if you cannot walk steps ( lots of stairs) then this is not for you!! The variation of rooms is enormous and there is no ability to meet new people because there is not common area... More

We were met by the very friendly owners and had a good conversation with them while checking in. They recommended several restaurants for breakfast and dinner which we really enjoyed. the rooms were very clean and had a good supply of soap and shampoo for the shower. We enjoyed our stay!!

Let me start by saying Ms. Peggy and Mr. Payne are two of the sweetest human beings you will ever meet. Their Inn is situated in a quiet area outside of the busy part of town. The rooms are lovingly named after the couple's grandchildren which alone lets you know how much love these walls hold. Each room has its... More

Peggy & Lane have a wonderful property; we stayed in the Andrews Room. They provided everything that we needed, and enjoyed a marvelous night's sleep. The bathroom is huge. I did a little yoga on the porch in the morning. Peggy gave us a map of Port Angeles and indicated local restaurants to try!

My sister-in-law and I were disappointed in the location of the house, the room, and the welcome we received. We were driving for about 30 minutes before we found the place. The road to the house does not intersect with hwy 101. On our 3rd pass by an under an overpass, my sister-in-law looked up and and saw the name... More

Not sure how to respond to this guest. We of course are sorry that the guest had difficulty finding us but that is somewhat out of our control. Most of our guests would call us before spending 30 minutes looking for us and we are happy to help them. Trying the door knob on our private residence and having to... More

We bookend and stayed in the "Canyon Room," which is a converted exterior sunroom, with outside room access. What was NOT stated, or described and by omission was misleading is that the sink, shower AND toilet are in the same room. The toilet and shower are what guests first see upon entering and are minimally visually blocked by a folding... More

Very nice location, comfortable and quiet. The owners are very helpful and the rooms comfortable and very clean. There is no breakfast but good restaurants in the town. We only stayed one night as this was a staging post but this was an ideal location for those wishing to stay longer and explore the peninsular.

Thank you for your kind words. It is always nice hearing from happy guests. Yes we dropped the breakfast three years ago. And will attempt to make that more notable on our website. More

The owners were nice people but the house is located too far away from sights; had to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to our room. The kitchenette was nice, the shower had little pressure (I have thick hair) and took awhile to get to correct temperature. The house does have nice wood views but no wildlife on our... More

This place is lovely. Sure, it might be a little dated, but that's why it's still a great deal. I've stayed in hotels in PA before and wouldn't recommend any of them. This place, however, is wonderful. It's unique and comfortable. I can't say enough about how great the people who run it are! They have two dogs, Coco and... More

Although late in responding. Nonetheless your kind words are appreciated. The house was built with the little cubbyhole rooms. We are'nt sure why. But they have always brought some interesting discussions. We look forward to having you stay with us again. Peggy More
