We arrived after a long journey from Singapore to Purangi Gardens Accomodation. It was exactly the peace, tranquility and charming place that we had dreamed about to collect ourselves. Sue and Rod welcomed us warmly with sweet and juicy plums and oranges. Sue had decorated the Orchard House with splendid bouquets of fresh flowers from the garden. The house is...

Stayed in the Sunflower Chalet for two nights. The owners are the right amount of accommodating. Appreciated the freshly baked loaf on arrival - goes well with the homemade jams in the fridge! Can't go wrong with BBQ's on the deck overlooking the estuary listening to the wildlife around with a bottle of wine - the perfect way to relax....

Wow what a beautiful location and wonderful accommodations. We stayed for 2 nights to start our honeymoon. We loved the view from our bed staying in the sunflower chalet. Fresh eggs and bread along with fruit and jam's were provided for the days we were there. We got to kayak out and around the coromandel and it was spectacular. Make...

We only stayed for one night in the yurt and had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight but what a lovely experience. The area surrounding the yurt is beautiful. A real 'get away from it all' place. We arrived in blistering hot sunshine and enjoyed an afternoon sitting out on the deck. The yurt is...

Such a great place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here, were sad we had only booked one night! We stayed in the Sunflower Chalet, the owners were warm and welcoming and had set out fresh fruit and freshly baked bread for us. We enjoyed kayaking and the nice beach just a few steps from the chalet.

Yet another awesome few days at Purangi in February. This time we stayed in the Sunflower Chalet, which looks out over the estuary ... waking up and being able to look out over the water from bed is such a joy. Kayaking up the estuary, wandering around the rocks to pick mussels, a glass of wine in the evening looking...

Spent 3 relaxing days here with my 2 daughters in January staying in the Lavender Chalet. The chalet is one of two and equipped with everything you need and a stones throw away from a private beach that overlooks the Purangi Inlet. We made good use of the free kayaks to explore the inlet. Sue and Rod, the owners, are...

An absolute paradise for any traveller! Be greeted warmly by your host, welcomed into accommodation complete with homemade chutney and bread, and relax! My partner and I visited and were blow away by the view, the hospitality and the quality of our accommodation- in fact we've both said that if we had our trip to do over we would have...

There are a few accommodation options at Purangi Gardens and all have their own charms.... We stayed in Orchard House. Like many others we have fallen in love with this place and have returned several times. Sue & Rod are wonderful hosts and the garden and orchard setting are idyllic. The house is so comfortable and user friendly. It is...

We have just returned from a 2 week trip to New Zealand, the last 5 days were spent at the Yurt. What a wonderful way to end our holiday. It was great coming back to the yurt after a day of touring the Coromandel region. The kids had space to play, they picked and are plums from the orchard and...
