These units are all modern and updated with stainless steal appliances, stove Refrigerator. The units all have Rokuo TV. The units are set up as if you where at home all you need to do is bring your suite case. My favorite part about my building is the pool and sundeck in the back. It is great for the kids and the family to relax and have a barbecue

Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room old and dirty. The water of the pool was green and bugs. There no room service. The bathroom smelled bad like drained. The beach was fart from the place. The customer service is by phone you do not interact with anyone.

This was the most disgusting place my family and I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Upon arrival, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom that slowly began filling up the entire room. I will say we let the landlord know and he did come to check out the issue. He also offered us another one of the apartments to stay instead due to the smell. While that was much appreciated, we walked into the room thinking everything surface level was fine only to discover bugs, dirt, and what looked like blood stains in our sheets. We let the landlord know immediately of our findings and we even provided photos.
It was morning hours and I would normally understand no response during that time, however, we heard blaring music and entertainment coming from the room next door that he was staying in. We knew he was able to assist us but didn’t. I let him know that we could not stay there and that we would rather deal with the smell, which had mostly dissipated, than bugs and blood in our beds. Again, no response.
When going back to the other room, again it was a situation where all the beds looked fine until you looked closer. There were moving bugs crawling all around the bed sheets and at this point we had enough. It was nearly 2 AM by then and we were exhausted. Knowing we would have no luck finding another place nearby especially at that time of day, we bit the bullet and decided to lay down on top of the beds, not using the disgusting, bug infested bed sheets.
These apartments were unfinished and unkempt. There were missing light switch and outlet covers, holes in the walls, and a oddly, barely functioning shower.
It was a bold ask, but we were charged an additional $100 in cleaning fees and I asked respectfully for a refund of that charge considering there was nothing that we did to require cleaning. The apartments were not ready to let people stay in because they were not clean to begin with whatsoever. The landlord read my message and never responded.
We were incredibly disappointed and disgusted by our nightmare here and we strongly discourage anyone who considers staying here.
“Luxury” needs to be taken out of the name because it absolutely couldn’t be further from that.
