I will make a long story short:
Check-in - 4:00 - Room was actually only ready at 5:30 - General Manager himself told us we were wrong to expect that rooms actually be ready at check-in time, but rooms were actually "subject to availability"

The kitchenette in the room we stayed in was mainly a sink,mini fridge, and microwave if memory serves me right. I can not remember what the kitchen in the two bedroom villa had.
