I'm a rookie camper, so renting a cabin was the best choice for my family. I was super impressed with the size of the cabin and the general upkeep of the entire campground. The owners are super nice. The only thing was that the lake is not swimmable. It's mucky and there are leeches.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We try to keep the camp looking its natural best and hope everyone has a good camping experience. It was unfortunate the lake was very low/shallow after a long hot summer with little rain. Normally the water level is much higher, covering much of our sandy beach, therefore the muck is in the deeper...

We've been staying here for years. Very simple, easy going camping. Extremely family oriented so, if you're coming to party hard, turn around. We stayed in the bunkies which are very cosy. The lake is nice, and you're only ten minutes from sauble beach. We'll be back.

I & my wife do intend to pay the sauble area a visit in our motorhome. An rv resort we are comfortable in is very important. After reading the positive feedbacks on Trillium Woods resort & the good natured owner, am pretty sure where we will be staying.

An excellent location to camp if you like a secluded private quiet location. As a family we tent camped at the unserviced site. The ground was level and there is an established pit for campfires. Good access to the sandy beach with a small dock. The children enjoyed making sand structures on the beach and fishing off the dock! Convenient...

We just spent four night camping at trillium woods and enjoyed our stay. Campsite # 85 was large enough for the equipment we had and we were provided full service for a reasonable price. Only negative was the tent site next to us, which was really too close for comfort. Luckily the people did not make much noise. We were...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. All our sites are unique and have their pros and cons. You visited us during one of our busiest times, so all of our sites where being utilized. Site 85 is one of our larger sites for trailers under 20ft, but it does have a small tent site close beside...

Yes - it is possible to find a quiet and restful campground within easy reach of both the heady delights of Sauble Beach and the beautiful countryside of the Bruce Peninsula. Exceptionally well run, the attention to detail is astonishing. It's a small place - primarily seasonal campers on sites that are kept in pristine condition by proud tenants -...

We spent 3 nights here, the camping sites were very private and right near the water. The rates were good and the owner was extremely generous. Wood was cheap, unlike many camping parks, movie rentals were free and they provided us with a few disposable cups at no fee. There is a nice sandy beach at the park and it...

We get there and meet a very nice redheaded man, and that was sadly the best part f our trip. Our campsite was on a hill, love sleeping on a 45 degree slope. They claim to have kayak rentals, they only own one (so much for family fun). no hiking, 2' deep water so swimming is impossible. The firewood was a...

Thank-you for your feedback, we like to hear comments both good and bad, it helps in finding ways to improve a campground. It’s unfortunate that you waited until you got home to tell us your concerns with our place, as now we’ve lost the opportunity to correct them and to have made your stay more enjoyable. Other than the lake...

Ok so my fiance describes me as a "princess" and I guess it's true in the sense that I've had the privilege to travel the world and never have to stay in motels or hotels that you would see in scary movies. I like a nice bed what can I say. Anyways, he on the other hand is a very...
