Mr. Stone will make your stay one you will remember and want to repeat. He is a great host and provides a wonderful piano concert as well as a delicious breakfast for his guest. My son and I stayed with him April 12-14 of 2013. My son still talks about the piano concert and the great breakfast. Joe was also...

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Stone house. Mr Stone is a great host, warm, scholarly, and sincere. He showed us the historical house full of antique collections. The concert given by Mr Stone was fantastic. We had a lot of fun playing the antique billiard, too. The house is located in a quiet residential area but is conveniently...

Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at Stone House was a wonderful and memorable evening. Mr.Stone was the perfect host as he visited with him about the history of his home and his family. Our room was furnished beautifully, and the breakfast was exquisite. For us, what made the evening unforgettable was the piano concert in the music room. While sipping...

Our stay at the Stone House was a highlight of our trip to the south. Mr. Stone is a perfect and unpretencious host. Being well versed in the history of his family and his town are just a few of his many virtues. The Cottage rooms were decorated for the time period and VERY reasonable priced. The breakfasts were superb....

We stayed with Joe for our one year anniversary in Feb! He was a wonderful host! The house is beautiful! We stayed in the Master bedroom. It was huge! The breakfast was delicious, and he was always available for questions or recommendations for lunch and dinner. The biggest treat is the piano concert. My husband and I enjoyed it the...

We stayed with Joe Stone for 3 days during our Spring break this year (2013). His house is wonderful, he is very serious about taking care of you. Our breakfasts were fantastic. The most incredible thing however, is the Saturday evening piano concert in his music room. He is a concert pianist and former professional musician. Not only does he...

Joe takes his role as host VERY seriously. His interest is guaranteed satisfaction. The accommodation, the food, the music, the vast amount of local folk lore and community information, all given freely. His forbears and extended family can be very proud of the effort put forth to portray the heritage and to enliven their place in history.

Don't know what was more impressive - Joe's unbelievable ability at the piano - the finest I have ever heard - his beautiful home full of antiques - or his skill in the kitchen. All combined it made for a great weekend getaway for us. Natchez is one of the most beautiful cities in the south not just the plantations...
