We were in town for my husband's high school reunion, and Joe's (and Precious') home was the perfect spot for relaxing between events. True Southern hospitality, beautiful music, and delicious breakfast all combined to make for a memorable weekend. Also, the location was great...it is an easy walk to downtown Natchez and the riverfront.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JN Stone House. Joe is a wonderful host and an accomplished pianist. We enjoyed his piano recital the first night of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and was served on gorgeous antique china. Precious was an adorable added treat!

The evening musicale was a true joy, listening to Joe play classical music while we sipped on a glass of wine. The J.N. Stone House is historically so interesting. Joe presented the history and gave us a tour. We found our host to be a great chef as we enjoyed quiche and a ham dish, complete with scones and muffins....

Joe and Precious were both very gracious hosts. Joe was also a very good breakfast cook with his own recipes. My wife and I also had the pleasure of a concert right there at his home. He is an excellent pianist giving background information on each of the pieces played He is the consummate southern gentleman having grown up in...

Our stay was memorable. We were fortunate to attend Joe's piano concert. It was a bonus event on top of very comfy lodging and fine breakfasts. We stayed in the cottage. Location is excellent. We walked about downtown and also to the Magnolia Grill along through river. Another plus was the fact that the house was on the Fall mansion...

We had a lovely stay at the J.N. Stone House. Our host Joseph was wonderful, and the accommodations were fantastic. But the lovely room and the extremely well-prepared breakfasts paled in comparison to the afternoon concert Joseph was kind enough to perform for us. A bottle of wine, an antebellum music room and a program of pieces by Beethoven, Chopin,...

Room was VERY clean...picked it because it was ranked highest in trip advisor. Owner was VERY accommodating, complimentary chilled bottle of wine, dorm fridge, elegant house, most tasty breakfast!!! We just wanted to relax, sleep, and eat...owner picked up on our goals within minutes of talking to us, so we skipped the legendary music concert...but next time (yes there will...

We visited the Stone House B&B in Natchez while on a self-guided tour of old towns and cities along the lower Mississippi River. This elegant home is over 150 years old and has been owned and occupied by the Joseph Stone family for at least 3 generations. The home has two suites, but my wife and I were the only...

Stayed here for two nights, and we were thoroughly pleased. Mr. Joe was so nice and personable. He is a connoisseur of both music and Natchez history. He truly made us feel a part of his home, which is absolutely gorgeous, by the way. It has a sophisticated and surprising decor and atmosphere. He has an amazing collection of antiquated...
