My husband and I just returned from a three night stay at the Acqua. Two years ago we were very disappointed, and this was a completely different experience. The room was clean and beautifully maintained. New hardwood floors have been installed, the bathroom was modern and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. I had originally...

My husband and I had our expectations exceeded by the Acqua Hotel! Our only regret was that we only had one night to stay. From the very first interaction with the front desk, we were always greeted warmly and treated very well. I had written a note with our online reservation that I was requesting a portable crib, and when...

What makes this hotel special is the friendly staff and the generous breakfast, wine reception and evening cookies. The rooms are clean and well kept although I had a bit of trouble getting my fireplace working. An employee came in and got it started but it never stayed on unfortunately. May have been just my room though. The location is...

Beautiful contempery hotel. Friendly check in ,immaculate rooms and the most comfortable beds. We stayed here for 2 nights. Visited the wine country ,hiked Muir Woods and drove along the scenic ocean drive to Stinston Beach. Perfect place to stay before heading into San Francisco for a few days

This is a modest 3 story hotel with wonderful hospitality. Greeted by Michelle-as nice as can be! She even called my room a few minutes after I walked in to make sure it was satisfactory (it was). Big Bathroom had nice skylight, big soaking tub and separate stall shower. Also had a large vanity. Nice bath products in dispensers on...

Starting with the friendliest reception you can imagine - Wendy made us fee we were being welcomed to her very own bed and breakfast, and even prior to arriving, Tom was very helpful in making a last minute change to our reservation by shuffling room reservations so that we would not have to shuffle once we got there. (And yes,...

Acqua was a pleasant surprise. Wendy at front desk made an effort to find the best room available when we checked in, even asking her co-worker to make sure they chose a room with a great view, etc. They both took the time to deliberate on it and decide. I travel a lot and that type of service is above...

The hotel decor is reminiscent of a hospital -- there is no charm or personality, just purely functional. There is no kitchen, so forget about room service. The ice maker is extremely loud; hope that you don't get a room next to one. The air conditioner is extremely cold and in our room the thermostat did not work. We oscillated...

Great experience. This is a very nice hotel, modern, well appointed, very clean, and the staff is very welcoming and on top of everything. I would definitely use this hotel again. They have a very nice complementary wine and cheese in the afternoon, and breakfast, which are both very good. There is full coffee and tea service 24 hours in...

The hotel is on the more expensive side of average but well worth it. It is situated along side 101 just a few metres from the exit ramp, but once inside the hotel you would never know this. From the moment you walk into the lobby you feel relaxed, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful as the room we had...
