This hotel is amazing!! Stayed for just one night, attending a New Years Eve concert. The front desk was incredible, upon check in our room wasnt ready yet and they immediately upgraded us so we could get settled in, at no additional charge. The room...More
We live just a few miles from the hotel. Since we had to be out of the house for some kitchen repairs we tried it. I was concerned that the hotel would be noisy since it is right next to the 101. The hotel is...More
I stayed here once and loved every minute of it. The attention to detail, the wine experience on the water, the wonderful breakfast - it gives a class and air of sophistication to an wonderful hotel outside of the city. Worth every penny.
Had an enjoyable visit. Pretty hotel, and the junior suite I stayed in was comfortable. Had a very nice view of the lake, and a wonderful deep tub. Bed was just so-so in terms of comfort. Randy at the front desk was super charming and...More
Nice hotel, nice staff but very noisy plumbing that sounded like an industrial espresso machine going off when someone had a shower or flushed their toilet. Avoid room 212 if you'd like an uninterrupted sleep or lie in.

HI,
I'm so sorry that we inconvenienced you by having the incorrect time on the clock. I can empathize with your frustration and would have been frustrated, as well. This was a big oversight on our part. I will make sure we fix this, right away. I can only imagine that the room you stayed in somehow got missed, after the daylight savings change. If you'd like to speak to me about it, directly, please feel free to reach out to me, at the hotel.
Sincerely,
Justin Flake
