The location is a few miles outside of Cardiff - and it's close to a very nice little town centre, which seems quite well to do. The pub is very friendly, has a good range of beer, and serves food. My room was basic, but clean. You wouldn't call it modern, but the bed was comfortable. The pub food was,...

Just a five minute drive from Llandough Hospital. I was warmly welcomed, the room and en suite were clean and comfortable, and I had a very good meal in the bar. All this for a very reasonable price. I stayed for one night on Sunday 3rd November 2013

Rooms are above a bar, which could be good or bad depending on your POV. Proprietor (Ovis) was very accomodating. Room was standard for an older inn in an older building -- furnishings aren't new, but not ancient either -- everything was clean and there was a decent-sized flat screen TV on the dresser. Could use an electrical outlet in...

I stay throughout Wales for my role with the Welsh Government. This is my first (and not my last) stay at Cefn Mably Hotel. The staff members was extremely polite and attentive, serving me immediately upon arrival; he even offered to carry my bag. Very nice chap indeed. The room itself was spacey, a nice sized twin room with a...
