Nothing fancy but neither is the town. As long as a room is clean and comfortable it doesn't matter when you are there for a night. Mt. Rushmore was disappointing. Yes, the hill was steep but great exercise. Plan ahead and pack some food. They did have a nice pool area.

Prices around My. Rushmore were expensive and they offered the most reasonable cost for a family travelling with a dog. The room was a little on the small side but clean! That is key. We utilized the pool/hot tub area which was overloaded with children even in the "adult time". There was a nice patch of grass behind the hotel... More

Do not like the location on top of steep hill. Parking lot was also on a downward slant. Put parking brakes on and turned wheels. front left side was more level. Rooms were adequate for our stay and the outside of the building was quite nice. Didnt see rest of hotel. Staff was polite but we called for room on... More

The location was perfect despite the steep hill and loudness of the helicopter tours behind the hotel. Our room with two double beds was very small but had a microwave and small fridge. The pool area was not very clean and the hot tub had disgusting foam in it. But the location was great for walking into town which is... More

We stayed on the top floor of the resort it had two queen beds and a sofa bed in a small sitting area. The room also had a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and small fridge. The room was nice and it had a small balcony, it was perfect for our stay. The clerk was friendly and the... More

This was the best price we could find for a Saturday night. We checked in, went to our room, put bathing suits on (w/3 kids) and headed to the pool only to have our kids turned away. Bummer. Adults only. Room is very dated. Wife was a little nervous for critters, but seem clean to me. Would look elsewhere if... More

WORST stay of our vacation. Rooms were hot, smelly and very unclean. Most of the front desk staff were unfriendly. Would not recommend! Rapid City area had better choices! I can't find anything good to say about this establishment. Glad we only booked one night!

The front desk clerk was friendly, rooms were clean and big, FREE LAUNDRY and great location. We had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Thought we would be able to see Mount Rushmore from our 3rd floor balcony but couldn't. We did walk to the town but don't recommend it if you have a hard time walking up hills... More

The check in process was awful. The people working the desk, were more worried about the trip that they had just booked to California than checking in the people who were standing in front of them. Our rooms were pre-payed, they tried to tell us they weren't. The rooms were the smallest rooms I have ever been in. The. "Desk"... More

This hotel is very basic like many of the other hotels in Keystone. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms could definitely stand to be updated with new linens and furniture. I love the area is nice as well as the indoor pool area.
