We called in for a couple of drinks after a fairly lengthy walk and stopped longer than we anticipated due mainly to the friendliness and hospitality of the bar man. He engaged in conversation about the area and made a fuss of my wives parents dog (even giving her some left-overs

One night stay in December. Improvements have obviously been made to the accommodation. We stayed in a nicely appointed room in a converted cottage to the rear of the main building. The property was comfortable, the staff were very attentive and we had a great breakfast.

We will be staying at the Comrie next December. We will need transportation from Glasgow and will not be renting a car. Can you advise best way to get to Comrie from Glasgow? We have been looking at Scotrail train. Thanks.
Hi there, if you get the train to Perth you can get a number 15 bus from Perth bus station to Comrie, it takes about an hour and 20 minutes. You can find the bus timetable by googling "PKC bus timetables Comrie". It won't let me post the link here. If you don't want a long bus journey the fastest way is to take the train to Dunblane and then get a taxi here, usually costs around £35. Hope this helps!
