Pleasant , welcoming small hotel in Comrie village in Perthshire. Very friendly people made you most welcome. Superb breakfast , great menu and beautiful surroundings . The rooms were very uptodate with modern bathrooms . Plenty of parking right next to the hotel in their car park. Really warm even in below zero temperatures.

Really enjoyed this stay - our room was lovely, bright and clean. We ate in the restaurant at night and the food is great. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. This hotel has a great atmosphere and we hope to stay again in future.

The minute I opened the door, I felt surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There was karaoke in the bar that night, everyone in the village seemed to be coming, and it felt very much like the place to be. A place to feel at home. My room was in a cottage across the (really pleasant) beer garden. It...

Stayed here as a couple for four nights in one of the cottage rooms and was beautifully finished, with a walk in shower, just loved it. The owner and staff were the best we have had anywhere and nothing was any trouble, all very chatty and friendly and made our stay what it was. Being two fussy eaters having eaten...

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay during a hillwalking weekend and we were not disappointed with our choice. The Comrie is an upgraded typically rural Scottish building which retains much of its past character whilst providing home comforts. The room we stayed in was large enough without being overly spacious, but had a very comfortable bed...

We stopped here for an overnight stay during our charity cycle run to Oban, the staff and owner were excellent as well as the customers in the bar, rooms are what you would expect in a hotel, clean, comfortable. We will be back next year.

Stopped here for lunch , on our travels. There was not a huge menu, but the food was very fresh. My husband had the scampi and I had deep fried haggis balls - definitely different! The staff were very pleasant and the service was good. As we only ate here we can't comment on the hotel itself.

Well located in the pretty village of Comrie. We were in the cottage at the rear of the hotel and it was lovely. We arrived early and had to wait till the rooms were cleaned - which is fair enough. We were surprised that the barman didn't seem more helpful (i.e. offer to phone for the taxi to the wedding...
