Great location, nice cabins, great owners, very attentive. Nice picnic tables on grounds, great bonfire every night, deer wandering through, hot tub to ease aching muscles after hikes. Charcoal burners on site for barbecue

We visited Stone Creek in Mid July. The weather was unusually cool but we had a blast at the evening fire pit. The room was perfect for just us two. Fridge and coffee machine came in very handy. Lastly the location just outside the park was the best.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to find Stone Creek Lodge for our stay in the Mt. Rainier area. We were charmed by the beautiful little cottage, with everything you we needed and nothing we didn't, including coffee and yummy snacks. Our hosts were right there any time we needed help of any kind, including the all-important directions, and... More

The cabin was clean and comfy, perfect for resting before heading into Mount Rainier national park. The location was very convenient and made getting into the park before a lot of traffic very easy. Staff was great and there was lots of wildlife to be seen!

We picked Stone Creek Lodge online without knowing what to expect and not having read any reviews. On arrival we were greeted by the owners Bob and Joe who personally showed us to our cabin and gave us valuable advice about the hiking trails and answered our questions. The cabin was cozy and clean. It great place to stay after... More

My room was cozy, comfortable and enhanced my whole trip! I especially enjoyed walking a short distance to explore the Nisqually River which... More

Although there is not a direct view of the mountain, the rustic cabins and setting were beautiful. The national park us about 40 yards up the road. The restaurant in the park is adequate, but the view of the mountain is spectacular and worth the trip in and of itself! The owners of the cabin were delightful and the nightly... More

Updated cottages with very comfortable beds. Quiet, relaxing setting in the woods, with an open area for evening campfire. Friendly owners. Reasonable prices, Much better than other accommodations near the park gate. Highly recommend.

The Stone Creek Lodge was a delightful find. We throughly enjoyed the rustic but tasteful little cabin we stayed in - complete with log furniture! Thank you Bob and Bill. We are planning on returning.

Pleasant 2-night stay at Stone Creek Lodge, the room is cozy, self-contained, and super clean. The kids liked watching 6 deer came in for food few times everyday, standing just a few steps away from the lodge door. The owners are very friendly and always seeking guests' feedback. Special experience!

“Beautiful room with log furniture. Kitchen area was perfect for quick meals, microwave included, no stove. Small bathroom, but adequate, with good shower. ”

“All accommodations are cabins with full kitchen. There are no stores nearby, so bring food for your stay. We had stopped to pick up Black Berry pie on the way at Copper Creek Inn that is out of this world. Fill up your vehicle before arriving. There are no services close by. ”

“I would say it you coiuld extend out your shower stall a bit would be nice. It was a little bit small but very useable. Also if you would allow dogs in some cabins as I have referred some people but the have dogs they would want to bring with them to stay. Other than that it was an awesome place to stay!!”

“look at the pictures on line and select a cabin this way. Some have hot tubs, ours didn't but it was wonderful. Two room with a bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the other room. Just enough kitchen to be helpful. Look at the pics on line and chose one this way. Very accurate.”
