    You need to email the email address for the resort that is on the web site. Trip Advisor will not let me put the link in my answer. Do a google search for wellspring spa washington and you should find the site.

    Yes, non-lodging guests can make appointments to use the hot tubs and saunas and appointments for massages as well.
