One night stay en route to friends' get together. Service with a smile and shown straight to our rooms. Clean fresh furnishings and very comfy beds reported by all. Tasty breakfast with nothing too much bother. Highly recommended.

I booked this guesthouse on a recommendation from another guest house owner. I wanted my daughter and boyfriend to have an easy night and transfer to Bristol airport for their first holiday away together. They were looked after very well and the transfers to and pick up from the airport was beautifully timed. Thank you Sarah, really appreciate your help... More

I stayed here while attending a course at Coombe Lodge and couldn't fault it. The owner was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great (I couldn't resist having the delicious scrambled eggs both mornings) and I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

We're back again at our favourite B&B before flying to Zante. We're always assured of a warm welcome from our charming hostess Sarah and this visit was no exception. The room is fresh and clean, the decor stylish and tasteful and the service friendly and efficient. Oh and the bed is so comfortable it's like a home from home! Thank... More

I stayed for two nights for a job interview nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and have free wifi, towels, hair dryer, TV and tea/coffee facilities. The separate bathroom was roomy and kept clean. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's located on a main road, which is good if you don't have a... More

We stayed for a night, our room was upstairs at the back of the house. No real ensuite, just a tiny shower in the bedroom, and separate toilet. Luckily I was able to use a separate bathroom, as I really did not like the tiny shower. Would of been good to be offered fruit as well as cereal at breakfast.... More

A wonderful warm welcome from Sarah! We arrived late on Friday evening and when we woke up on Saturday we were greeted with a smile and a fantastic cooked breakfast (beast fired bread I've ever tasted!!) We even bought a pot of delicious homemade marmalade for my dad! Would definitely recommend!

If you are travelling the A38, N. Somerset or flying out of Bristol - stay here! Really clean, very welcoming and helpful hosts. Lovely selection for breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Foot path at the side of the lodgings meant I could walk my dog. Easy walking to 2 pubs and 10 minute walk to another 2!
