I love Cromer and have wanted to stay at this grand looking hotel for years. The location is incredible and the building is stunning and full of character but that's where the positives end. The lack of parking is a problem (only 10 places for the whole hotel), the evening/night receptionist was unbelievably rude and unhelpful, the interior was dated...

Arrived at Cafe de Paris with friends. Was allocated a single room with supplement. Room disappointing. Woke up several times feeling I was in a prison cell. with sloping ceiling coming down directly over bed and barely room to move. Left room 5 am and waited in lounge for day staff to arrive. Asked to see the manager and he...

A hotel with a truly magnificent façade with it's towers and turrets in redstone finish and an imposing position above the promenade looking down on the traditional Victorian type seaside pier. The entrance area/reception is quite stunning, an elegant area with splendid panels above the Reception desk, an enormous and beautiful fire surround all rounding off with the gorgeous red/white/gold...

My girlfriend and I are big fans of Cromer and we've often thought about booking a room at the Hotel de Paris so we can wake up to that great view. As yet I'm unable to report on the view as I can't seem to get through to anyone interested in making a booking. Email has been unanswered and the...

Recently returned home from a 2 night stay at the Hotel de Paris. Overall quite satisfied, Hotel is well situated in the town right opposite the pier. Hotel was quite booked up so the only rooms left were the twin rooms. The room was nice and comfortable, we were up on the third floor and although at the time of...

I was told at the door in a abrupt manner that dogs were not allowed in the hotel, I had seen an incorrect signage already that they accept Guide Dogs. My dog is a Hearing Dog For Deaf People and had on his uniform! However the waiter who served us was excellent, food was acceptable. On leaving my husband was...

Excellent and just the place to have a quiet coffee or a drink , we have also enjoyed geed food here also. The Hotel's rooms are also quite good, and as a Neilsen market research feeder found it to be very interesting, and have reported comments directly.

Spent 5 days here on an Alfa trip. What a lovely hotel, full of character, particularly the dining room with original stained glass windows. We were given a room at the front with sea view even though we didn't pay for one. Food was plentiful and very good. Our waitress was very quick and a lovely person. Our only niggle,...
