This room (n°2) is far too small for 2 people, even in London city it would be indecent to rent it for 2 : 2.8mx3.4m i.e. about 9m2!!! with a bed of 1.2 meter large totally inconfortable for 2 the bath room was 0.7mx3.4m with in many country it would be impossible to rent for 70 £ such a small... I am very disappointed with the reaction I got from these two visitors. I know that is my smallest room which they had but I have never had such complaints before. I realised that they were strange when in the morning I found that they had taken all the pictures from the wall land removed all the ornaments from the... More

Came to Cromer on a day trip and decided to stay the night, luckily found Bon Vista still had vacancies and got a room. We were very happy with the room, very clean, light, sea view. Everything about this guest house seems well thought out, and even if I was being 'picky' I would have trouble finding fault. Service was... More

Everything excellent here. Very, very comfortable stay. Very, very clean. Everything available and very near to Cromer promenade. Quiet at night and in the morning. Cannot think of a better place for a stay in Cromer. Friendly owner. But please check out with owner re stairs if mobility is a little limited as I don't think there are any groundfloor... More

A late booking was well received and we had a small, but very comfortable en-suite room for 2 nights. The room was well supplied with tea, coffee, shower gel and shampoo, cooler, towels, flannels etc. The TV gave access to all local Freeview channels. Guests could also use a comfortable lounge with large screen television and more channels! The breakfasts... More

My wife and I stayed with Jim for 3 nights in April while searching for a house to retire to. Jim was a perfect host and looked after us throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good and also our chats in the morning on birdwatching. Will hopefully see you again Jim. Neville and Fiona Cole

I was lucky enough to stay here a few weeks whilst working in the area. The owners are lovely and friendly, the rooms are a good size, well maintained and have everything you could need as well as a large lounge which is open to visitors. I was up too early for breakfast but was offered one none the less... More

We were a party of four and stayed one night. Both rooms were well above the standard we expected for the price! We loved the fact that the B&B was so close to the sea and the town center. Also, having the opportunity to use the lounge with our friends was a bonus. The breakfast was perfect for us, just... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our visit. Jim and Tina are wonderful hosts, very friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and light. Although the en-suite was a bit compact it was fine for the few days we stayed. The bed was great, firm without being hard (we don't sleep well on... More
