This hotel is alright - nothing 10/10 and nothing 0/10 although the food would score a maximum of 3/10. Rarely hot, refilled and repetitive, I know what some think all inclusive is repetitive but turkey for 14 nights. We did a jig when liver was on. Breakfast was fine for pancakes and omelettes but again it was exactly the same all 14 days. As for the snack bar the worst we have experienced in 20 holidays - dry chips, onion rings like leather, not sure what the burger thing was and again the same for all 14 days. That said the rest was good - Gizmo, DD and Gadget performed miracles - not to mention Livvy who made us smile every night at Mini Disco time. The evening entertainment was fine although Bingo is not entertainment it is something that happens before the entertainment. The bar is more than good with a good selection of dinks on the AI option. We had a really nice holiday thanks mainly to the people we met. The acid test is always - would we go back - yes but only if the food improved dramatically. Thanks to Paul, Mark and Yvonne, Sarah and Steph and last but not least Estelle, One last thing to mention - Our TUI Rep Ahmet was one of the best we have had always attentive, very approachable and always helpful

Stayed here in july 28th to 4th August and we loved it. Can't believe some reviews, you get what you pay for and honestly it was really worth every penny. Met some lovely people there and had a good laugh. Are room was a attic room and was beautifully decorated with free aircon and safe. Staff are excellent from cleaners to entertainment ( great with kids ) they keep them entertained around the pool. Food was really good lots of choice. Missed bacon at breakfast but this is a Muslim country so knew that before we went. 10min walk in to town with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Only down fall was getting sunbeds people up at 6.00am and not using them at all ( please get this sorted hotel ). Will defo return.

Spent 2 weeks here hotel was very clean entertainment staff were brilliant even though it was near end of season food was a bit repetitive and was only warm at times. always plenty to eat and even had midnight soups. Drinks were plentiful and no short measures beer was efes and served in good sized glasses. Town was near by and within walking distance or very cheap taxi

Such a fantastic hotel! And atmosphere! We went when the season was coming to an end but the Reps (Ahmet/Carrie) were Brilliant! Gachet, gizmo and DeDe made the experience amazing! So friendly and kind!! They defiantly made it feel like an in season holiday and took myself and my sister under their wigs to ensure we had the best holiday ever! Just want to say a massive thankyou for all the support! ❤️

This review is unbiased...
Spent 6 days in Oct 2018 and I was a little disappointed- reasons are-:
Hotel was a little tired in places, carpet runners had lifted / cracked tiling/ around the pool looked grotty and needed jet washing.
Staff- mostly very friendly and helpful especially amet the tui rep. The receptionist on occasions was a bit short when questions were asked but that could be down to language barriers.
Bedrooms /bathrooms were clean and well maintained no fault at all but balcony was really small but that was because we were in attic room
Food wise - people were moaning about quality of the food but we you d something to eat all the time, although the snacks were lacking at times but it was getting towards end of season...
Entertainment was lacking to be honest, some nights non existent I think this was again down to end of season..
Pool was clean and ice cold but was lovely although parts around pool could do with jet washing.

Hi, it’s a boy up and down at the hotel, there is a board on the stage telling you what that nights entertainment will be, if a professional show then usually worth watching, usual start around 10.00 for 30min. Bars and... More

Not sure if you can book directly with the hotel Lorna as they don't seem to have their own website. We booked however through loveholidays and saved €1,200 on the price that TUI were charging for the same two weeks (same... More
