We were travelling around Sain for a month, got to Kiko Park and stayed the ladies in reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke immaculate English I think linsey s must have caught them on a very bad day because they were brilliant with us. This was by far the best site we have stayed on anywhere, huge fully... More

Stayed here for 3 night and the apartments were lovely! They were very spacious, had a nice kitchen, dinning, living room area with a balcony. In the kitchen there was a cooker, fridge freezer and pots and pans, cutlery, cups and glasses if you wanted to cook or drink. Walking out of the apartments you were straight onto the beach... More

Campsite was very busy and we were only able to stay on the campervan area which does not have its own facilities so entailed a walk into the main site only a matter of 150 yards but still an inconvenience. The receptionist advised us that it was possible to make a reservation even for a short stay, so would recommend... More

Having spent 5 weeks of a 6 week tour of Spain in our Motorhome my husband and I went to check in at Kiko park in Oliva, Valencia, Spain. The person on reception, a woman was incredibly rude with zero customer service skills we didn't bother to stay. Site looked OK, certainly not the best we've experienced but even if... More

The place itself is OK, and right on the beach. However we had an apartment which did not even have a fan...bearing in mind this is a very VERY hot summer destination I thought it was incredible. I've travelled across the world, and all over the mediterranean and even cheap bungalows have at least a fan, and this was not... More

Brilliant campsite, we stayed here for just over a week. There is a large canopy over the pitch, this provides some shade. The beach is right next to the pitches, which runs alongside the campsite, along with a good swimming pool. There are life guards on the beach. There is a very good, well stocked shop which also sells stuff... More

We go here one or two times a year. We usually book an appartment room. Pros: - Sea is next to the park. - It has a wonderful pool. - You can bring your pet. - There is a small super, atm and restaurant. - International. Cons: - It is not cheap. Overall it's location, pool and friendly staff keeps... More

Great site split into two halves. The side that had non service pitches has been upgraded to fully serviced and the whole area resurfaced. This is now on a par with the other side. There are four toilet blocks of which one was refurbished a year ago, the remainder are very tired but clean There is a good small supermarket,... More

We arrived without booking in January 2016. Because of the disruption with renovating one half of the park the only space they had available was in the overnight stay area, which was further from all amenities. As we were in a caravan, this spoiled the stay as it was further to walk to the (rather dated) washing up and toilet... More

I "liked"one very bad review to draw attention to the fact that occasionally we can all be unlucky with our timing on visiting a site and not enjoy a very good experience. This has clearly been the case for the 3 people who reviewed as bad The true facts are that Kiko Park is an excellent site with very good... More
