I have stayed at a Red Roof Inn before and this particular one is terrible. As soon as you pull in the parking lot you will know that the pictures are deceiving. They do have roaches and the front desk knows about it and will refund your money asap or as if you would like another room. Please Please Please...

The outside of this hotel was filthy/disgusting and had homeless people and hookers on the corner, blocking the ability to even walk next door safely for dinner. The smoke detector was in the dresser drawer, which was found looking for towels that are not present in the room. Had to call housekeeping and maintenance before I could even get comfortable!

God awful. Don't do it. Dingy and Musty. I had to go to a local dollar store to pick up some cleaning supplies, incense, and candles and clean the room myself. The entire hotel had a dingy smell to it that made it hard to breathe through your nose. The shower is rusty and tiny. Totally not worth the stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place has homeless people inside loitering around. Broken bottles in the parking lot,and a ton of scary riff raff going on. The halls are dark and reek of marijuana. We checked in after the game (booked online so had no clue what we were getting in to). We were terrified when we arrived. The room...

Over the years I have stayed at many Red Roof Inns while travelling for business from New Jersey to Florida, to Chicago, to Massachusetts, and throughout the Southeast. This Red Roof Inn & Suites was by far the worst I have ever seen in their chain. I checked into the Inn late on a Thursday night and could tell as soon...

Expedia.com double booked our nice hotel and there was only one hotel available... Red Roof Inn midtown... We were very skeptical about that option but had no other choice... The room on the first floor looked like a college dorm... Shabby furniture and non working TV... Bathroom that was 36" wide with 1950 toilet and questionable shower... The laminate floor...

I stayed here for work since it was close to downtown and the only thing I could find at the last minute (there was a convention in town). I wish I had stayed further away and shelled out more money for uber's to and from downtown, this place was horrible. My uber driver on the way there was hesitant to...

Our "room" was small. Just big enough to fit a sink and full size bed. The shower and toilet area was clean but in desperate need of an update. Being the only room it served its purpose but the neighborhood did not feel the safest. I would not be surprised if this motel has an hourly rate.

I don't want to just spew vitriol about this hotel, so I'll just present the facts of my stay, and let you all decide. First, the area. Midtown Atlanta is close to downtown (about a mile and a half) but somehow still manages to feel much less safe. For instance, my first night at Red Roof, I looked out my...
