We stayed here for the SEC tournament this past weekend. Our room was old and dirty, there were ants in the bathroom and on the counter around the microwave. Trash was not taken, there were no clean towels, hand towels or washcloths left. We tried...More
Stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Atlanta. Nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Lobby has had a very nice remodel. Rooms are a little old but are very spacious with a fridge and microwave. About a mile from the Olympic Park/World of Coke/Aquarium....More

From my personal experience I was with my daughter, son and his Gf , all adults here. Went to the GHSA playoffs. It is in a bad area of the city. I would only walk in groups and take only what you need in your pockets. Safe during the day , but after dark noway. All the street people come out and more. It's about a 4 block walk. I would certainly carry mace to be safe. And to note... I'm very familiar with Big Cities.
