I love Atlanta and was really looking forward to another conference here, but the hotel was a huge disappointment. Do not stay here unless you have no trouble at all sleeping anywhere and enjoy cleaning your own room and packing in supplies. Some of the problems I encountered: Housekeeping was the absolute worst I've ever encountered. The environmental protection cards are...

The front desk repeatedly locked me out of my room, claiming that my credit card would not work. In fact, the credit card was working and they were repeatedly charging my account with the full amount of the stay. It was fairly clear that the hotel staff at the front desk did not know how to manage the basic processing...

Hilton Atlanta met my expectations. My room was clean and everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. If you are staying in downtown Atlanta, this hotel is centrally located and attached to the "Sky Bridge" system, so you can get to and from many locations and offices without going outside which is particularly helpful in weather and the Atlanta heat...

Staff was very helpful- especially the Starbucks staff. Rooms are large and clean. I was there for a conference and it flowed nicely from room to room. The rate was not bad for a a conference. Great location to hub out of to see and do things around Atlanta.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta. We booked our stay on Orbitz and prepaid for our stay. This was not a good experience at all. When checking out, the hotel double charged us for our stay. We were told that Orbitz never sent them the payment for our room- interesting- since we booked and paid for this stay in December...

I was lost in the hotel and confused about the conference. Bianca made sure I had gathered all the information needed for my conference. She also provided me excellent customer service. Bianca also made sure she assisted me in a timely manner. I was panicking and rushing to find my destination.

there is no sound insulation in this hotel. A family with a child is staying in a room next to mine--they might just as well be in the same room. I can hear every single word. The rooms are small and feel very old and cheap. The worst of Hilton hotels I've stayed at.

Staff was great. Food inside hotel is very expensive! Rooms nice, but do not have queen sized beds - only doubles and kings. Fridge and microwaves delivered to rooms on first come, first served basis. 28 floors and only 4 elevators. Lots of waiting on a sold-out weekend. If you book a room that includes breakfast on the 27th floor--it...
