It is without question that this place should be shut down and not allowed to take money from customers during this total reconstruction of the facility. I booked this work trip in May 2016 when it was a Holiday Inn. What a mess. Everything is boarded up. Stair well emergency exits are closed. Makeshift lobby with an air conditioner and...

Dear Valued Guest, I apologize about all of the issues that you experienced while at my hotel. We have tried very hard to minimize the impact to our guests during our renovation. We have also attempted to reach out to everyone to make them aware of the renovation ahead of time, and I apologize that you did not get that...

On the website, it states the hotel is independently operating while waiting for the switch to management under Marriot. However, nowhere on "The Inn at Centennial Park" nor on the Trip Advisor site is there anything listed about the construction the hotel is under. There is no hotel lobby, no kitchen, no front to the hotel. Staying in Atlanta, I...

Dear Valued Guest, I do apologize that you were not made aware of our ongoing improvements. If I were in the same situation, I would have been caught off guard as well. I will also check with my team on the attitudes of my valet staff and cleaning staff. Thanks so much for the feedback. We will use it to...

I was here for Dragon Con 2016 (Labor Day Weekend) and knew ahead of time that there would be construction. I got a great deal through a third party website of $90 a night. If I would have spent much more and I would have a different opinion of my of stay. I was told the construction would only be...

Dear Veronica, Thank you so much for the feedback. We really appreciate it, and I'm glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. I'm glad that you were given proper notice about the renovation. Most of my reviews on Trip Advisor deal with guests no knowing about the renovation which can cause issues. I will pass on the praises about my...

When we got there we discovered the place was under construction, which ok I get places have to do this. However, this meant that the pool, the bar, and the restaurant were closed for our entire stay. 730 am on Saturday morning we were woke up by what sounded like somewhere drilling through our wall for hours, the front desk...

Dear Valued Guest, I do apologize that you were not informed about the construction ahead of time. Please reach out to the hotel directly so we can get your full name and check with the booking agency that did not follow through on their notifications. We do not want this to happen to other guests. I will also get with...

As a current business traveler and former infantry soldier I have simple needs. This motel falls short notice only in quality but more importantly in integrity. The motel when we booked referenced a pool which is out of service. The a/c is underpowered for the Atlanta 95% humidity. Hard to get a good night sleep in the heat. The room...

The place was close to the Georgia Aquarium as well as Centennial Park, and other areas we were wanting to go to. The hotel is under construction, and no sign where the hotel was while on the road. We really had to make several turn around's to finally see a banner hanging on the side high up to figure out...

Dear Valued Guest, I apologize that your stay was not up to what you expected. Horrible stay. I was not aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations. It was just horrible. The price was way too...

I was aware that the property was under construction before we arrived. As we were only staying one night, the location was much more important to us. Just know ahead of time the hotel is under a complete renovation. No pool, no bar, no lobby rest room etc. We stayed one night for the GNR concert. The bed was comfy but other than that there is no frills in the room. They do have a decent outdoor patio.
