A terrific, quiet place located in the middle of nowhere in Andalucia. Great rooms, great breakfast, a nice pool overlooking the mountains and the cutest, playfull and very social hotel-dog. Nice owners, apparently British, with a lot of knowledge of the local area to share. We stayed here for a week, will definitely be back if ever in Andalucia again....

Philip and Susan are wonderful hosts and our walking group thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at this charming hotel last October. Philip's advice on walks, places of interest and local eateries certainly enhanced the enjoyment of our stay in this beautiful area. We ate on the terrace by the river in the evenings and the meals were well cooked,...

This hotel and its owner was recommended by friends. A fantastic location in the valley and by the river, perfect for walking and Philip, the owner has a great knowledge of the local area- as well as being an excellent cook. We stayed for two nights and the attention to detail in the rooms was really good- comfortable beds and...

If you enjoy staying in a place dedicated to those who enjoy the outdoors, then this is the place for you. It is a case rural which means that it is comfortable without being fussy. We stayed there at the start of January and while the days are lovely and warm once the sun comes up - the morning and...

This hotel is in a wonderful location for walking. Philip is knowledgeable and helpful, not just with walking trails but birdlife and the area in general. We were made to feel very welcome, we were a large group of female walkers and we ate excellent food in the hotel every evening. The swimming pool was lovely, a great bonus after...

This converted mill is in the most marvellous location, in a lush valley, alongside a river, yet within 15 minutes' drive of Ronda. The owners, Phil and Susan are extremely friendly and do their utmost to make guests feel at home. Unfortunately for us the weather when we stayed was cool and, ultimately, wet so we weren't able to use...

I visited Andalusia this September with my family and spent two nights at Hotel Molino Cuatro Paradas, which is a 200 years old mill house, located near by a clean and peaceful creek. Starting from reservation, The owner, Mr. Phillip Cornes was very helpful and kind to us. Being an avid trekker, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about the tracking routes...

Set back off the road and not easy to spot, this old Mill house has been converted into a quaint rural small hotel, settled down on the river. The owner is extremely accommodating helping guests organise day trips with a special interest in walking and hiking. He even walked with us (a family of 5) trek all the way to...

Only 10 rooms mean you get personal attention from the very helpful patron. Stunning countryside all around. Recommend a visit to Ronda for the views. The hotel owner has pre-printed walks and driving tours and clearly knows the area well. The (home made) food was excellent and there was a vegetarian choice both nights we stayed. Rooms lovely... ours overlook...
