A surprising find tucked away behind the small village train station, with Spanish style rooms set in a beautiful garden on different levels, alongside a gently rushing stream. Molino has a very personal feel with the whole team making each guest feel welcome. We were helped to engage with the surroundings with excellent information on walks, guided and otherwise, trips...

We stayed at the hotel in September and had a lovely relaxing time, weather perfect. The pool/garden areas are extremely well maintained and even though the hotel was fully booked there were plenty of sun loungers. The reception staff were very helpful. We were a little less impressed with the food than the other reviewers and would have preferred a...

A very relaxing place in beautiful surroundings and yet within ten minutes drive of Ronda.First class service and excellent food. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local information. Most had been there for many years which explains how successful a good team can be and how important the Molino is for the local community.

This hotel offers a fitting base to explore and enjoy the stunning surrounds. The excellent 5 star service extends beyonds the hotel by offering guided walks through some amazing countryside. A walk with owner Andy and adorable Eddie (glad I got that the right way round) allows you to experience the beauty and tranquility of the area whilst also learning...

This was only our 3rd visit and so are relatively inexperienced visitors but we can confirm that everything was as it should be. Sunny clear weather, light winds & a beautiful 29 degrees every day made this a perfect time of year for walking or just relaxing. Attentive & friendly staff, helpful management and such a change to see somewhere...

Molino del Santo was beautiful. I was here with my Fiance, family and friends for my daughters wedding in September. The garden was perfect for the wedding ceremony. Everything went to plan, the setting was just lovely. The staff were so helpful, it seemed nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. We ate at the hotel most of...

I have just returned from this beautiful hotel where I went on a Yoga Retreat and what a special place. Everything is 5 star, the location, the room, the food, the service, Andy & Pauline the owners, Paco the Receptionist, Eddie, (Andy's dog), the pool etc etc. I will definately be returning and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well we have been visiting Molino for over 20 years and have seen it develop from a tiny 6 bedroom hostal to this delightful small hotel. Pauline and Andy have created a gem with the back up of a talented, creative chef (Gordon) plus his excellent kitchen crew. Then there are the fantastic welcoming reception team, the bar and restaurant...

Our second visit to Molino del Santo lived up to all expectations, especially as we took visitors from Australia who were also impressed. We used the restaurant on all three nights as we enjoyed it so much on the first. It was lovely to come back from a long day out and relax and swim in the pool area. The...

What can you say really that hasn't already been said? The room, pool, food service, customer care, staff, location, activities....everything was unquestionably 5 star. Whatever you want from your time in the area -pure relaxation, gastronomic indulgence, hiking, climbing, sightseeing- the area has it all and the hotel is the perfect base.
