Hotel was clean and basic toiletries available. The hotel was very quiet not too many guests or they were very quiet group. What was wonderful was that our room has a great view. The town itself is magical so it is worth staying at this hotel. central to the town center.

This hotel in Grazalema is easily accessed by car and is in walking distance of most of the town's attractions and restaurants. It has a comfortable and attractive main lounge, a large dining room, and helpful staff. Our room was well appointed with 2 comfortable beds and lots of light. Decor throughout was tasteful and attractive. Breakfast was very good...

Good location and the room was fine but the atmosphere is not particularly welcoming and the breakfast is horrible - don't bother with it, we didn't after the first day. There's a lovely bakery just over the road.

Rooms were dated but clean and comfortable but then also small, the hotel staff was OK, the location was OK. All in all a decent place for a couple of nights but nothing noteworthy. I don't know what else is available nearby, but there's no reason not to stay here.

Hotel is located in the centre of the village. It is very quiet and nice. Rooms are big, with nice big bathroom. Also room is well equipped with TV, heating and mini bar. However there is no WiFi connection in the whole hotel, swimming pool is not running. Breakfast is not included in price and is very poor. The biggest...

The hotel is really nice and cosy. It offers parking and a great breakfast. Rooms are really big and they have electronic heating which is really a plus even in spring. Staff is extremely friendly and they help you with everything you might need. You should speak at least some Spanish because the staff speaks hardly any English. But they...

The best thing about Puerta de la Villa is that the staff go out of their way to be helpful to guests. I seemed to have a different need every day, and the staff took my requests in stride. The service is polite and friendly, but never stuffy. The location is also excellent, and the hotel has some parking. The...

This is a very pleasant, family run, traditional Spanish hotel. Rooms may vary in an old building but room 11 was spacious, well fitted with a splendid view. The bathroom was large and well lit. However the fridge/mini-bar was neither, towels needed replacing as did the TV. Breakfast was simple - ham, cheese, yoghurt etc with tea and coffee made...

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the town, close to local bars and shops. The family and staff are welcoming and helpful, accommodation clean and communal areas well appointed, and rooms spacious . The local food was freshly prepared and very tasty, an authentic Andalucian experience

Stayed here with a small hiking group. The rooms are dated - no mini fridge, no wifi except in the lobby, no working TV and decor would work in a Fawlty Towers sitcom. But - very clean, all the basics and in the heart of this very, very charming hill town. Staff are welcoming and responsive and you will never...
