This Inn and B and B is one of the finest that I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. The young ladies who run the Inn are amazingly hospitable. I loved the pool as it was quiet and meditative. I never really met the owners. That saddened me a bit, as I was looking forward to... More

My husband and I stayed here for an entire week during leaf peeping season at the end of September. This was more of an inn than a B&B, which we were pleased about. We stayed in Room 10, a 2 room suite on the corner, which meant we had windows on 3 sides, including a wonderful view of the back... More

My partner and I just returned from a 3 night stay at The Blue Horse Inn. The Inn is charming and perfectly located at one end of the main street in Woodstock (walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town). The innkeeper, Jennifer, is very warm and welcoming. The breakfast is outrageously delicious (probably the best breakfast we've had... More

The Blue Horse Inn is a handsome, in-town property with a new interior decor that is much more minimalist and contemporary than the average Vermont inn. For my taste, it's a bit austere--but not by much. The innkeeper and assistant innkeeper are so wonderfully warm that they ensure a terrific experience, and in years of inn-going, theirs was perhaps the... More

My wife and I stayed at the Blue Horse Inn Saturday, August 2nd. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast. I fear that we are now spoiled for all others. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again. The breakfast was fantastic as other people have also commented. There was one other couple... More

My husband and I love the Blue Horse Inn. We have stayed there for the past four years and always feel so welcomed by the staff and Keri, the owner. They are all so pleasant and helpful. The Blue Horse Inn is perfectly situated close to the green in Woodstock. It is a 2 block walking distance to the center of the commercial area. The garden and outdoor pool were very private and beautifully landscaped. A patio on the 2nd floor, complete with rocking chairs, provides a lovely spot to view the garden and enjoy a fabulous... We spent the nights of 6/20 & 6/21 at TBHI. Incredibly pleasant stay, very nice staff and probably the two best gourmet breakfasts that we have had in some time. Would definitely return. Room was quite nice and comfortable.

Relaxing, comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was extraordinarily delicious, a memorable experience on its own. It sustained us during our day hikes ( Mount Tom, Quechee Gorge). Restaurants for dinner were conveniently just a short walk away. We had a perfect long weekend.
