Booked room for my son. When I called they said room would be $150.00. On check-in they charged $199.00 and put him in a "smoking room". Didn't even realize there were any places that still had "smoking" rooms anymore. He said the smell was awful. When I called about charge they said regular rate was $250 but gave him a deal at $199. When I repeated the conversation about the rate would be $150, they denied it and proceeded to argue with me. I would NEVER recommend this motel to anyone

Call to a complaint about the card-key not opening the room, the guy (the owner's uncle) never at front desk while on the phone, then he said that's not his problem at all but to stay at the front desk(he is not there) and to call the police to enter the room. I ask, how the police will open the door for me and not him, he said that's not his problem, I ask for his name, he hung on me! I am complaining to the business bureau to cancel this place, I know is not just me but the 90% of negative reviews cant be wrong. but the more people send complaints to the Better Business Bureau this place should never be back on business. Let them cancel their license or get an exemplary fine!

NASTIEST I’VE EVER STAYED AT. I’m pretty sure that the neighbors next door were some married rich guy and the hooker he hired probably having a good ol “cheap date”. Don’t be a cheap butt and get a better hotel.

Worse place EVER! Toilet didn’t even work. Couldn’t get front desk to answer or come to the window. We had to turn the water off. Place smells like smoke and is filthy! Right by the train track. Shower curtain gross and tub floor. DO NOT STAY!!! We got out as fast as we could!

Just a dump! Small room. Toilet stopped up, water all over the floor in the morning when everyone wants to bathe and use the bathroom. Anyone can have these problems but we were ignored completely. Phone does not work and no one at the desk. Smell of cigarette smoke is really strong in hallway, filthy carpet, but we didn’t find any bed bugs!

We were exhausted from traveling all day & this place was very clean and comfortable! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in a motel. The breakfast was always fresh and fully stoked. It was very quiet even with a room in the front. I will stay here in the future.

Very friendly staff, large rooms and great rates. I stayed for business and enjoyed my stay. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one. Good location close to Old Town Manassas. Free wifi and nice big tv.

I and my family after a long drive from New York were stopping in Richmond, we were welcomed with a friendly pleasant Smile and an assertive employee. We got a clean comfortable room upstairs with a nice view. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We were helped with the extra pillows, in the morning we had again encountered the hotel employees with nice smile and enquiring about our comfort at the hotel. They took care of us very well. Our overall experience was very pleasant

We didn't even end up staying for five minutes. The number of bugs that ran away when we turned on the lights was staggering. We asked for a different room and were shown a smoking room with horrifying brown liquid running down the walls. At least the owner was apologetic and pleasant about giving us a refund.

Carpets are dirty, towels have stains on them, bath tub is dirty, there is mold on the shower curtain. There is a coffee maker but no coffee or sugar. If you pay around $70 for the room atleast include coffee in the rooms. But the place is never full and always has rooms... Well if the place is crappy you can be sure there is room for you even if you get there really late at night.
