We loved our stay at this B&B. Beautiful Victorian home, lovely accommodations. Such nice and gracious owners and delicious breakfast. Also loved our visit to downtown Manassas a few blocks away. We wanted to move in! We will be back.

We take children on a case by case basis, depending on the situation. If the family is to rent both rooms and have children, then they would not be bothering anyone with noise. We have had guests with a child and I put an extra bed in the room. So far it has worked out fine because the parents were responsible with their children.
