We ate here and also used the pool as we were staying with friends who live nearby. Very nice food and great wine us delightful pool area and great aperol spritzers! A very nice family business. Very near to walk to Montefalco centre and local shops and bars.

Firstly, this is not a four star hotel! The rooms are old fashioned, comfortable but very Dark and gloomy, wifi only works sporadically in the bedrooms. There is not much room On the bathroom vanity to put anything, fortunately there is a smelly Perspex side Table for your vanity bag etc. It was very hot when we were there and...

We stayed here for a week with a group of friends from around the world. As our base of daily tours Villa Pambuffetti really felt like home when we returned every night. Allesandra and her staff (and mom) looked after all of us with a very personal touch, delicious breakfasts and lovely pool. Dinners at the hotel dining room (on...

The grounds and building must have been spectacular once, but now it reminded my husband and I of the film "The Grand Budapest Hotel". Positive points: our room and bathroom were very spacious, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Negative points: beds were not maid when we returned late at night, room was not cleaned, in the bathroom only...

My husband and I have taken a number of day trips to Montefalco over the years to see the great fresco cycle of St. Francis by Gozzoli (in the town's splendid museum of Umbrian painters). And in this ancient Medieval village perched up high over the Umbran plain, there is also a lovely cental piazza where one can enjoy a...

Agree with all who loved this hotel... Beautiful grounds and user friendly pool and knowledgeable kind staff....laundry 50 meters away...staff encourages you to use grounds rather than just admire them... Hint, second floor balcony has great view but no one but us sat there...grab a drink and fall in love with this great place

This hotel is in a fantastic position for anyone arriving in Rome but not wanting to stay there. Its approximately 2 hours drive from the airport and you find yourself in heavenly Umbria and the lovely 17th century Villa Pambuffetti. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished in the style of the building with views of the garden on two...

We came to hotel villa pambuffetti and the owners are so nice. We immediately fell in love with this place mainly because of the swimming pool and the owners. We felt super welcomed because of all the staff. Mauro makes great cocktails ;)

A small family owned hotel that was once a large villa situated just outside Montefalco's once fortified town walls. Overlooking the vale of Spoleto from its hilltop position the view from my room was fantastic. The furnishing and decor is in keeping with the age/history that the property has. Any suggestion to modernise would spoil the charm of the place....

The hotel is set in large gardens, and is a short walk in to town. The rooms are spacious and have all mod cons. Lovely marble bathroom. The breakfast is in a downstairs room, and is average. The owners were very friendly, and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. The only criticism is the gardens are a bit faded, but...
