The wines of Montefalco brought us to Casa Turrita, and Susan's hospitality will bring us back. Her bed and breakfast is comfortable and clean with a separate entrance for guests. Nothing fancy here: just everything you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is free, and we did have a TV in our room - but never touched it! She served...

Casa Turrita made our stay in Umbria. It's a great location, atop a hill overlooking miles of hills and towns. The house is beautiful with very clean and comfortable rooms; the beds were a nice break from the very firm (hard) beds that we found elsewhere in Italy - they were actually comfortable! Susan, the proprietor, was flexible on when...

My husband and I stayed at Casa Turrita in March 2012. It was the best B&B experience we have ever had. Susan is the perfect B&B hostess, who made every effort to help us explore Umbria and offered advice when we asked, but was never intrusive. The website's driving directions were easy to follow and we drove to Casa Turrita...

If you like quaint, clean and the countryside, you will love Casa Turrita. My husband and I spent 5 nights at Susan Armstrong's home - a lovely stone farmhouse that was a treat to "come home" to. It is situated amongst olive trees and vineyards only a few kilometers from the medieval town of Montefalco. We spent the first night...

My husband & I stayed 4 nights at Casa Turrita in late September. We should have stayed longer! Susan Armstrong is a gracious hostess who thinks of everything. The property is a lovely old farmhouse with only a few rooms so it is like having your own Umbrian farmhouse. Our room was spacious, very clean & comfortable with a great...

Casa Turrita is located just a few minutes outside the most delightful medieval walled town of Montefalco. Our hostess, Susan Armstrong, is an American who has lived in Italy for about 10 years and was exceeding helpful in suggesting daily itineraries including restaurants and sight seeing. She even arranged visits to local wine growers and olive oil processors who gave...

We stayed for 7 nights in the small apartment with the kitchenette. Wonderful space for two people, kitchen well appointed, and CLEAN. Beautiful views across the valley. The owner, Susan Armstrong, was always available for questions about touring, shopping, etc. We were on a 5 week holiday, and this was definitely our favorite spot. Also, very convenient location for touring...

Once we found Casa Turrita (and, really, it was my fault for not printing out the driving directions before we picked up our car), Susan hosted us to a fantastic stay in the heart of one of the most gorgeous places in all of Italy. We didn't realize how nice it would be to stay with someone who's a native...

I had a wonderful time during my stay here. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Susan was a terrific host, I was amazed how much she knew about Umbria. Susan always had great suggestions when it came to eating out or places to see. When I go back to Italy Casa Turrita will be the place...

We had a wonderful 3-night stay as Casa Turrita in July. Susan is extremely helpful with making restaurant reservations (and all her suggestions were great!) as well as arranging winery visits, providing guidebooks on Umbria and environs, and suggesting itineraries for the day. We're definitely going back!
