Hi, we stayed at Follonico in March of 2017 and had a perfect stay. We showed up unannounced after being in a non-child-friendly hotel in Montepulciano with our 13 month old son. We were referred to Follonico from our friends and were glad we drove over. The owners were super accommodating and friendly, and even made us dinner every night....

My wife and adult daughter stayed here this past March and Fabio and Suzanne were fabulous hosts. The place is aesthetically beautiful in the middle of a vineyard. Fabio has a prepared guide to the Val d'Orcia area which was great and Suzanne gave us some valuable tips on places to visit. The rooms are aesthetically beautiful- Suzanne has a...

Had an amazing experience here with our family. The surroundings were astounding and the company from our hosts was more than we could have expected. The beauty of Tuscany is stunning in this BnB experience helps you take it all in. The was something so charming, rustic and posh, yet down to earth. The rooms were so comfortable and the...

Follonico B&B was such a wonderful respite from our usual life bustle. We loved the farm and our hosts! Fabio was so accessible and so generous with tips for enjoying the local countryside! We took many local drives that he recommended and enjoyed local gems we never would have on our own. He recommended and made dinner reservations for us...

It is not just the location of Follonico, nor the lovingly renovated old farm buildings that make it such a marvelous destination, but most importantly it is the people. Fabio and Suzanne are gracious and attentive hosts who interact with guests as if you were longtime friends and encourage guests to engage in long, leisurely conversations over breakfast or dinner...

The good: - Beautiful quiet property, well situated in a beautiful part of Tuscany - Nice breakfasts on the terrace - Owners Fabio and Suzanne very friendly and helpful with touring advice The not so good: - I don't like sharing...

We stayed 2 nights in the blue notte suite. The inn is run by a lovely couple who are willing to help with anything. The décor is unique. Vintage but, well curated. The inn is at the base of montepulciano, making access easy. Once booked, they will provide a guide to places and restaurants that they love. They will make...

I cannot tell you all enough about this magical place! Fabio and his wife were so incredible! Every recommendation was perfection (especially restaurant 13 Gobbi). The property of Follonico will always have a piece of my heart... why you ask? As we arrived a beautiful double rainbow welcomed us, the smell of morning will make your heart smile, watching the...

Fabio is a delight. His English is perfect, his cooking skills are top notch, and his B&B is truly unforgettable. My wife has celiac and therefore MUST refrain from gluten. Fabio took it upon himself to bake her an entire gluten free loaf of bread one morning for breakfast so my sweet bride wouldn't have to miss out on the...
