Bathrooms and bedroom are quite dirty. Toilets, shower curtains, and bathtub are old and need replacing rather than touch ups. The carpet has a funny smell to it as well. The location of this place is good, but hotel needs work given the nightly cost. There are few options in this area.

I was very displeased with the service at this hotel. The Continental Breakfast was below par with other Best Westerns I have stayed in. I felt that cleanliness was not a big priority. The bar area was lacking in liquor as well as bar food.

Stayed overnight for a business trip. The recommended hotels to stay were all $100 more than this one and did not include parking. This hotel was reasonable and parking was free as well! The location is excellent but it is a little tough exiting the driveway due to the traffic. Staff was very pleasant, Room was clean and comfortable. Free...

Very friendly staff and fast checkin/checkout. Nice room with fridge, but very noisy, we were in front of the elevators, the vending machines and the hotel a/c units, so the noise level was awful. The breakfast area is small and gets crowded too quickly, not comfortable at all, and average food quality (but free, hey). Note a Starbucks is on...

We were visiting family and chose the hotel based on convenient location. The room decor was appealing , especially its interesting window treatment. The included breakfast was above my expectations . Later, we enjoyed walkng to a nearby park, The Pond, and then lunching and purchasing food for our return home at Whole Foods, which is next door. The staff...

A clean and well located hotel, which seems to have become a bit pricey of late, the Hotel Tria is a good option for a short visit to the Boston area. The hotel has plenty of food options nearby, but if you want to head into Boston's centre the T stop isn't far away, and the hotel offers a shuttle...

I took the family up to see the Yankees whip the Sox at Fenway and wanted to spend the night. This place was pretty close to the stadium and easy to get to. The neighborhood is a little rough, but the property seemed secure and the staff was friendly.

∏pleasantly surprised by Best Western Plus Hotel Tria. The only drawback is that it is a distance from downtown Boston. We took the shuttle and train into Boston each day and to Cambridge. Clean, comfortable stay - the breakfast was very nice.

We stayed here whilst visiting friends in Somerville. The hotel is convenient for Somerville and Cambridge. We always found a free parking spot outside the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is rather old fashioned our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

I'm almost afraid to give this property a 5 star. The reason; I want to keep it as my special place. This hotel is not a standard 5 star property in the traditional sense. When I first visited it a year ago, exhausted from a 12 hour flight, I did not know what to think. The staff was nice, I...
