No dressers.
Cold Air in room blows directly on guests all night long.
You must schedule room cleaning (not automatic), and request toilet paper at the front desk (how embarrassing)
Covid protocols closed the restaurant, bar, library, game room, outdoor fire pits
The room price should have been reduced.
You can pay for breakfast vouchers for a full breakfast, but there’s a DD within walking distance. Parking was $16 a day. The parking lot is very limited so be aware of this. We enjoyed our stay.
The room was was updated. The bathroom was small but okay. Although most of the room seemed clean, the nightstand was dusty and sticky! There wasn’t a closet, but a clothes rack along the wall.
On a positive note, we had a dead battery one morning and an employee came out with a charger and we were on the road in no time.
When I walked in, I was immediately welcomed with my name, just like I was a family member who had been away for a bit. Yodit was especially welcoming....
Every single staff member was friendly, always smiling, and have a great sense of humor. I would not stay anywhere else!
Something I almost missed (it wasn't mentioned to me) was that they serve free wine and snacks on Wednesday from around 5 to 6:30 pm. I'm not sure if they do something every evening as I was only there for the one night.
